Urbanic — Haven't received my refund yet | |||
Around October 24 I had placed a order for a black ruched slip dress and in November 4th i received the product. What i received was a grey co-ord set, which was a totally wrong product of i had originally ordered. This was even my first time ordering from Urbanic and it was a huge disappointment. After that I applied for the return request and even the pick up took around 3-4 days, as the company claims that it's 7-10 days easy return, that's completely nonsense and they even claimed after the wrong product reaching to their warehouse and after undergoing the quality check up the refund would be initiated. The product reached their by 14th of November 2020 and since then I haven't received any updates from them. I even emailed them a plenty of time, texted in the help chat box in the app and even messaged in Instagram but so far no response from the email and whatever they are responding in the other source as I mentioned it's not clear and they are just fooling around, even the other sources have stopped replying, moreover they don't even have a contact number through which we could contact them. This is ridiculous and it's just mentally harassing the customers. The amount was 1025 and even that got deducted to 926 which is the amount of the product only. Please help me out as this company is a fraud and I want you to please take a strict action against them and even get my refund processed back to my account as I've even given the bank details.
