Urbanic — Not giving me my refund when they have sent the wrong product

Hi please help me get my money back they are rejecting my return and telling me that they can not do anything and i said what about my money they are saying we can not help you that this my team has decided that i said i ordered the jeans and get the wrong product i am not at fault here it either your fault or your delivery agent fault but it’s not mine they are now not contacting me or not replying to my email they have shut me off and not giving my money which i paid the full amount
