Hi Sir/ Madam,

I recently made a purchase through Urbanic on May 25, 2023 and it was scheduled to get delivered between June 3, 2023 - June 6, 2023, however, it been June 10, 2023 and I have not heard anything in regards to my order. I had contacted the customer support o[censored]rbanic innumerous times but all of them lied that the order will be delivered to my address the next time.

The order is always out for delivery but the delivery agent did not even single time made delivery attempt at my address. I called to re-attempt and was told that it will be received the next time.

But the same has been repeated four times and even the delivery agent did not call me or text me in regards to my order. The Urbanic had been making false claims that it will be delivered. Prior to this, Urbanic has also delivered my prior order at the wrong address even though I prepaid for the order.

After emailing them and connecting to chat/ cal support, I was provided nothing and was just left with no hope than to complaint here!!!

The next day I received a call from the Urbanic chat support and the agent was so rude and talked in a very rude manner and just disconnected the call badly. I was treated badly by the customer service associate of the Urbanic.

    I have no received my refund although it has been over 7-10 days as per policy. Also even after reverting back to their refund ticket activate mail. I have not received any response

      Hi team

      i ordered one product due to size issue i returned the same day but noday came for pick up its been more than 15days

      i tried reaching customer support nobody is resolving
      horrible experience horrible customer support

      delivery person came twice and not picked up bcoz he is not getting product image in his phone
      i have uploaded my side

      such a scam
      never gonna buy again and i dont recommend too

          [protected] order id On 18 may I placed the order and on 20 I got it and on 20 I requested the return but nobody came I also got the return request scheduled and all, but on 22 may I got the msg that I have refused the return pickup but didn't and I also have not received any calls from delivery partner

            On 18 may I placed this order and on 20 may I received it and on the same day I requested the return of this order then one day past, nobody came for the pickup on 21 may they said your return has been approved and prepare the product for return nobody came, then on 22 may morning I got the msg that I have refused the return pickup but I did not and I have also not got any call also .

                        I had ordered from urbanic. Order ID[[protected]] Split Bodycon dress. I did online payment through gpay . I have returned the dress but did not get refund of 1091 rs. Urbanic does not have a contact number so I emailed them .But it has been more than 4 days now and still my refund of Rs 1091 is not reflected in my bank account . Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and please. Please resolve this issue

                          I have booked a order of id number[protected]. My experience is so bad with you because I wanna return this item I am not loving it it dose not has quality as expected.
                          I want to return this .. It has some minor stain on it..
                          When you have mentioned "easy return" So why are you bothering me?

                          Return my money.. Its a big company and exploiting their customer if they don't like the product due to bad quality of product. Why are you spreading false information? If return is not easy..
                          I don't want this bad item.

                            I had ordered from urbanic. Order ID[[protected]] . Knot Bodycon dress. I did online payment through gpay . I canceled my Knot Bodycon dress after few days but did not get refund of 891 Rs. Urbanic does not have a contact number so I emailed them . They are saying my issue is resolved . But it has been more than 4 days now and still my refund of Rs 891 is not reflected in my bank account . Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and please get my refund back from them.                               I have ordered few item from urbanic a top worth 422/- my refund is still not credited since 10 days and the customer support executive is saying that the refund was made but also i have checked with my bank no refund is being credited 422/-; 208/-;207/-

                                I ordered the product on 28.04.2023 and cancelled it on the same day. It was said that I will receive the refund within 7-10 days but its been more than that and no action has been taken. Now they aren't responding to my mails and messages.

                                  Refunds are pending for 15+ days, Agents close case without resolution despite telling them not to close, no customer care support, asking for confidential bank statement for almost a month with no details to share!

                                    My order pickup was being delayed by urbanic from last 20days I was waiting for the pickup but there service experts said that please wait for 24-48 hours I have forwarded your request but no action was being taken and now they have suddenly cancelled the return request. the return window is also closed it showing exceeded 10days. They just don't resolve my issue they just postpone it by saying we are looking into the matter but nothing is being done by them about the return. I want my refund ASAP

                                      I bought two clothing items from Urbanic with Order Id[protected] and[protected].
                                      The two did not fit me properly so I returned the products. A pick up guy came and picked up the items individually.
                                      Its been 12 days since I have returned the product but I havent received the refund back in my bank account yet. The two items costed 937rs and 268 rs individually.

                                        I make pickup from day one of my order and it's not been return till today
                                        Customer care services is fake they don't take my concern serious and give me same resolution every time and nothing is happend it's been exhausted I have been waiting from day one
                                        This is worse service I received from any shopping app.
