We have purchased a product worth rs 935 in the month of December due to its poor quality it was returned the next day when asked for refund they said to wait till it returns back to them for quality check after quality check when asked for refund they mentioned that our bank details are wrong being an bank employee how can I give my details wrong so I requested for the ute no which they claim that it was processed and rejected they were unable to provide and now they are asking to open google pay and say the OTPwhich can clearly be known that it is a phishing attack the contact number is[protected]
