Urbanic — Request for early delivery

I have ordered an item from Urbanic for which the delivery date is 28th sept to 2nd oct 2023. I want my order to get delivered by 26th sept as I have to leave for Goa on 27th sept. There is no customer support to whom I can request a faster delivery as they only have bots. Please help me in getting the order before 26th September 2023.
