Urbanic — The order has not yet arrived | |||
I had placed the order on 22nd November, 2020. It has still not arrived and I am unable to track it on the site provided by them. I contacted the customer care number available on google and that was a fraud call. He told me that my order hasn't been properly paid and he asked me to "complete the process" by paying him the amount equal to last four digits of my phone number on Gpay and then only he can refund me the amount that I paid. When I told him I won't do it he told me to download anydesk app and give him permission to access my device. I again refused. I asked for another customer care number or a manager's number and he hung up. On the app no order history is shown for my account and there is no customer care available on the app. The money hasn't been refunded nor the order has arrived. Was this information helpful? | |||
