Urbanpro — customer service not responsive | |
Urbanpro customer service and sale is assigned to the same person. We called to tell them that we were getting leads from very far and they were irrelevant. We contacted the executive who sold us the package. The person said that you do not know how to use computer and internet and said something in tamil which couldn't be understood. We assured him that we were adjusting the area of 5 kms circumference but he said i am busy... After the package was over, their team member, a girl contacted us to sell package and we told her our greviance. But, she turned out to be equally inhumane and cold towards our problem. Then, there had been never a call back from their side, neither to resolve our complaint not to sell anything. Was this information helpful? | |
