Please do not approach urban pro for any classes. Took communication skill classes last month and paid full amount, but after attending 3 classes it became difficult for me to give time because I got a job of night shift. I requested my trainer for the refund but she refused. I mailed to the concerned team and they too refused. Very disappointed by the service Urban pro provides. I would never recommend anyone in or around my circle for urban pro ever. Worst thing ever on internet. Was this information helpful? |
