Usha — I'm complaining about the claim of warranty

Hello, I'm shivam a customers a few months ago i ordered a usha water pump StarAqua 100 Sr.No.- RKBSA[protected] from flipkart . 1 week ago the pump stopped working and started to smoke when i plug it later it didn't work so i call on you helpline No. ([protected]) i talked them and tell them everything they said that we are sending a technician and he will help me, when the technician came he declared the motor dead and said it need a replacement and he also said that i had purchased it from flipkart so flipkart will give me replacement then later i talked to flipkart agent and he said that the motor i had buyied is o[censored]sha so usha is liable to give me replacement so what to do next is your heading usha and i want to claim warranty . Thank you
