Usha International — ceiling fan wobbling issue

I got a usha ex9 fan for amazon. It took some time to get it installed as i was looking for an electrician. Right after installation, we got to know the fan has got some wobbling issue. The electrician checked everything and asked me to check with usah support for assistance. I called usha, the technician came in, he checked things but maybe he was unable to understand and he asked me that he will come back. He came back after a few days with another technician. He also did the same thing, took a video and send it to someone, he also made few calls, also asked me that they will get back to me. He also asked me for the usha message on my phone. I showed him the message without knowing that he will close the ticket and they left. The other day i got the message the ticket is closed. I called the support again and why did they close my support ticket without asking me as the issue is still there but they opened another ticket, i got another call from the same technician, he told me he will come and check on this wobbling issue again, which he never did. Then i get a call from usha support saying that my request is getting canceled because they are sure that technically the fan is ok and there is no wobbling and they cant help me. I am still experiencing this wobbling issue with my new fan and nobody from uhsa wants me to assist.
Usha logo does say customer first, but very sad to say so they follow it anymore.

My fan still runs with wobbling in it which i got a few months back and reported issue immediately after installation and it has got 2 years warranty as well which i think of no use as no one from usha wants to provide any assistance on this.
