Hi!, i have raised a complaint about an issue in usha iron and the technician visited last monday 16th sep'19 and told me that there is an issue with the pcb and that needs to be replaced and he will come again with the part to replace it. Later, on 18th sep i have received a call from customer care department that whether the issue is resolved or not and then i have told her about the entire episode and she was been informed by me not the technician, then the call is again arranged and i have got to know that the part will be ordered and the payment need to be made by me because the product is out of warranty and i agreed as i have bill with me but unfortunately warranty card is not with me. Today, i have again been called and kiran the customer care executive is saying that part is not available as the model is obsolete hence they are cancelling the complaint.
My question is here that i have purchased a product only a year ago and now how can usha get rid of saying that part is not available. I have purchased the iron not for a year only.
Would request to intervene and get this resolved asap.
