My name is dr. Sujeet datar i purchased a mist air prime tower fan from amazon in june 2020.The product is under 2 year warranty as mentioned in the brochure. I complained on july 1st 2021 to usha toll free customer care as the fan stopped working. The cc is [protected].
The service person who visisted from jagadamba sevice said that motor is faulty and this fan is not under production so if the part comes in three days it will be replaced.But if the part is not avalaible then refund through amazon will be initiated. Till now the part has not come. They are not talking of any refund. We are like a foot ball between customer care & service center.Meanwhile i was given the numver of area service manager. He says the fan is in 1 year warranty and as no parts are available i need to get it fixed locally. When i told him the brochre says 2 years warranty he said the in his system it is 1 year. The area service manager said he will call me after speaking to product manager but so far nothing has happened.He also said that he will not give anything in writing .
Iam very dissapointed with the service & attitude.
I want the refund of my fan as it is in warranty period
