We were happily going to start a trip to shirdi along with family. Then i made a mistake by choosing this very uncultured, poor customer serviced cab service called Utaxi. I booked the cab to airport before two days. They sent the driver details the day before. Till this everything is fine. On the day of travel we had a flight to catch at 6 am. For which they close the boarding at 5 am only.. we waited that the driver will come and called several times the customer service. They were telling they will arrange a cab till 3:30. We were waiting for the cab, but lost patience and took our own car by 3:40, as our home was 50 kms away from the airport and delay in parking killed the time to board. As we enter the airport we are already late by 5 mins. The airlines ppl didn't allow to check in. Very bad experience as we booked total of 5 flight tickets which we need to book again.
Through my experience, i warn public to be aware of cheap services may it be of any kind. Don't fall for their pricing. Cheap are their prices so as their services.
Go for professional taxis like airport taxi run by kstdc or ola or meru etc.. these type of galli taxis are not worth of our trust that too when we need them urgently. Was this information helpful? |
