Not recieved my PAN Card .i had sent speed post on 27th june but still verification not complete.kindly process as soon as possible. UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited, sco-34, b-clock, ranjit avenue, amritsar. Prior to going to their office, i called to ask for the timings and i was informed 1-6pm on 11july2015. However on going there, i was told that the timings were 11.30-2pm. Instead of being polite about it, the employees were rude and moreover the female employee objected to being referred to as a lady which i used as a term of respect. Even if you have relayed wrong information, the least you can do is polite to the person concerned as that person was inconvenienced also resulted in time wastage. I am a student and i had to miss my class for attending the appointment i.e. y i asked for full information before hand. Also, on call on being asked the requirements, i wasn't informed that we require the photographs thus giving inept information.

I have applied for the pan card on 8th of may 2015 by online through utitsl and submitted all the documents to the Kolkata region address but after 25- 30 days also I have not received any information regarding the pan card status and it is only showing that application is under verification where as one of my friends who applied offline has already got the pancard. Hello Sir / Madam, We would like to bring to your kind attention that, we have applied for initial change of my name in the PAN card (ABLPF0554G) on "1st April 2015" and have submitted the necessary documents along with the application letter. Also, I would like to recall that, the requested change was only in the initial and not in my Father's name. (i.e, J.Fairin Miriam needs to be corrected as J.R.Fairin Miriam and I have highlighted the same in this mail). Upon the receipt of our application letter (APPLICATION NO:[protected], we received an acknowledgement letter (NCC) (Coupon NO:[protected] in which it was stated that, the discrepancy is with the father's name; with an additional typo in my name and we were asked to submit the relevant documents. We were confused as to why we were asked to submit the documents again, as we have already submitted the letter from Gazetted Officer and a photocopy of my driving licence. We have once again sent a photocopy of our "Ration Card" for further perusal through the Registered post to UTI Mumbai Office along with the covering letter (The Registered Article No: RT[protected]IN on 20/4/2015 and delivered the same on 24/4/2015). Upon checking on the status, it is under "PPC OBJECTION" -"FATHER NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN NCC DATA AND APPLICATION DATA, NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN NCC DATA AND APPLICATION DATA". We tried calling the Guindy Branch for further help and none of our calls were attended. Since I have my initial as "J.R.Fairin Miriam" in all my certificates and other documents, I need the same to be corrected in the PAN card too. Father's Name : P. John Bennet Mother's Name : J.
