Dear sir,
I had applied for new pan (Application number: u-n[protected] on 27/02/2017 through online aadhaar based e-sign. For this i have paid rs.112.75/- for one pan application successfully. But i'm unable to verified the aadhaar:[protected] by otp on mobile. Every time when i enters the otp for verification, which is sent on my mobile no.: [protected], verification can not be done. Many times i've contacted customer care mumbai, but every times it gets busy.
Afterwards i have affixed the photo on print form and attached supporting document for proof as aadhaar card copy. I have sent them by speed post with article no: eu[protected]in, which has been delivered to mumbai office address on 01/04/2017. Again send the mail in this regard to utiitsl.
In this regard utiitsl replied me on 22/04/2017 that "kindly note necessary action would be taken at our end for the resolution of case, subject to verification of records and documents submitted."

Now when i checked the status, utiitsl show an objection that"no mobile number is registered with your aadhaar record" and advice me to send the application for processing with physical documents.

Again in this regard i had sent a mail to utiitsl on 12/05/2017 as "very bad service by the customer executive officer of your's office. As after trying many times call was connected at navi mumbai office, customer executive officer disconnect my call without hearing my problem.in this subject i were checked my pan application and the status was"your pan application with aadhaar based e-sign option has not been accepted. Use regenerate online option to complete and submit your application for processing with physical documents."and the objection reason was"no mobile number is registered with your aadhaar records".
As previously i had sent the physical form with supporting document by speed post with article no: eu[protected]in to you and delivered to mumbai office address on 01/04/2017 as i'm unable to do aadhaar based e-sign option. But no action taken in this regard by you.
So kindly refund my money into my bank at earliest as now i'll try for pan application at collection center."
But after sending the remainder on 01/06/2017 till date no one responding me and also i have not got my money into the bank account till date..
