This application was submitted on 30.06.2017 and even after one and half month this is not closed from yr end.
Our Prime Minister talks about DIGITAL INDIA and increasing efficiency but the SPEED at which you people are working force me to believe that PM will never become successful in his vision even after 2025.
Please do not give PROTOTYPE reply by doing COPY and PASTE same sentences as well as without verifying the records and committing the date by which this will get closed.
I am firmly believing that its ORGANISATIONAL INEFFICIENCIES leading delay in concluding this small work and it do not take such a longer time.
Please provide me the mail id of some senior officials to whom i can speak to WRITE a mail for future improvement.

As per today's status, it is mentioned that " YOUR APPLICATION IS UNDER PROCESSING, REQUEST UPDATION RECEIVED FROM INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT".
Kindly extend your support on priority updation from your end so as to link PAN and AADHAR to file the Income tax return for which today is the last date.
I am sorry to state that I have made BIG MISTAKE by submitting PAN Correction application to UTIITSL from where there is no response except mails are getting exchanged and forwarded from one mail id to other mail ids (earlier the word used to DESK but now since its not hard copy so rather than using word DESK to DESK, we use to say one mail id to other mail id) without having any body's OWNERSHIP and RESPONSIBILITY. IT looks like employees are also FRUSTRATED since they have been HUMILIATED by customers due to work is not happening even after considerable time have ELAPSED.

What is most SURPRISING is other service provider like KARVY are able to do the PAN correction within a week or 10 days for which UTIITSL is taking more than 2-3 months and that too also without having proper response from them so its the mistake by CUSTOMER who is approaching UTIITSL for PAN Card correction.

However, it is advisable that i[censored]TIITSL is unable to handle this work EFFICIENTLY due to their INCAPABILITY than they should GIVE UP this work and inform the IT dept. or concerned govt. agency who have assigned them this IMPORTANT responsibility of our country since thousands of customers are suffering due to these IN CAPABILITIES and INEFFICIENCIES.

This mail was marked to senior most persons of the UTIITSL with the understanding that if they are not AWARE as what is REALLY going on in their organisation than this mail will make them aware and it will further help them to take necessary correction action on priority so that thousands of customers like me who are suffering will be saved from this pain. mental agony and harresment.

Please let me know in case i can move my new application to any other service provider.
