Hello it's kajal from pune, i was applying for online pan card for my sister. I have coupon no but the status shows incomplete document mumbai office not responding the call what should i do now how irresponsible government i can't believe this. My wife had applied for a Pan card with application number U[protected] The status is showing as withheld for processing and the reason is given as For Indian Aadhaar or EID even though I had submitted my Aadhaar card
