I have requested for pan card number change request in the month of October'20. It is yet not resolved. The status is "verification pending due to dpr resolution".
It is pretty frustrating as I'm getting automated email from their end. Team will get back to you in 24hrs time which they don't even bother to call and assist. And they lack in providing information, when I call them.
Twice the payment of Rs 100/ was processed with regards to the same request.
