Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have applied for New PAN card with Ack No. N-[protected] on dated 12/01/2017 and submitted my Hard copy for the same by speed post but I have not received my PAN(in Hard Sheet) till today. For long time I am looking my Status of PAN application "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL"

Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible so that I could get my PAN and submit my Bank Branch.
