I applied for the name correction on the website. Until you pay the form the web site is live. Once the payment was done. Application and site is showing server down and once you refresh showing new application. if there is no application or reference Number was send to our mobile number or E-mail id why they are taking to much information from us. Biggest scam site. Don't loose your money.

Same incident happened with us.

I applied for pan in this website, made payment and suddenly it doesn't show anything at all.no way of checking what happened and haven't received any receipt or email for payment. Customer service is rude and they want us to acknowledge that the mistake is ours that i didn't make note of the application number. This is a scam website, Google review shows atleast a 1000 people got scammed.
