Dear sirs, On 9/12/2016 i had sent A claim for rs 31372.73 My log book for updating. From speed post tracking it is found that it was received at your office on 12/12/2016. However the log book is not yet recieved back I write this as i have not received the acknowledgement card attached nor any communication or reimbursement. Kindly inform the position.
