Hi utiitsl
I have applied for a name correction in my pancard a year back and i'm continuosly communicated with utiitsl customer care but they have not resolved my issue yet. Past 8 month I have communocated with followng customer care representatives

3 priyanka
4 zinath
And follwing are the past ticket numbers : [#126129] [#898788] [#527915] [#294952][#358678]

Last ticket number - 294952
Pan processing coupon number — q[protected]. And past six month I'm hearing the same dialogs from all of them that. "your application have forwarded to mumbai office for fast procesing. Please wait for few days". But few days changed to few month and going to be a year now.

My pan correction application number is Q[protected] .my name is subathra .in old pan card name was in short .now in application i enter full name. for this it show data mismatch. now what can i do ? whether it was rejection and refund the amount or can we made any change
