UTI MF — request for detailed portfolio statements of lost documents

Dear sir,
My self, chaitanya kumar tripathy and other 3 of my family members namely sukanti tripathy (Wife), anita tripathy (Daughter) and amit kumar tripathy are investors in your uti fund house for more than 25 yrs. Our first investment with you may be master plus 1991.
Earlier my financial adviser was mr. Manoranjan nath, who has already died. Due to white ants all my documents of investments have been damaged and lost. After a lot of efforts i could get some information and able to get some documents. But to the best of my knowledge and belief in a particular portfolio,, namely wealth builder ii (Nfo), i had invested rs.35000 in my name, rs.35000 in my wife sukanti tripathy's name and rs.30000 in my daughter anita tripathy's name now i have documents of only my wife sukanti tripathy for this portfolio. Rest are not traceable. At that time 3rd party cheques were honored and pan number, email address and phone numbers were not necessaryow. So those were not given. Now all three o[censored]s have more than 10 lacs of investment in uti. All the investments have been done in sambalpur odisha. My financial advisers were mr. Manoranjan nath and mr. Sianshu patjoshi (Sub broker through karvy).

Mr. Bansibata mishra is my current financial adviser. Had been to your office at sambalpur odisha i requested him to try to tress them but he could not do so through the uti office, sambalpur.

Now i request you to kindly send detailed statements of all the investments done by us (My self chaitanya kumar tripathy, my wife sukanti tripathy'& my daughter anita tripathy) through mr. Manoranjan nath and mr. Sianshu patjoshi (Sub broker through karvy). Including redeemed portfolios in your fund house (Uti)..
I again request to cooperate with me or i will incure a lot of financial loss.
