Uti Pan Card Service — say sbi bank two pan card on my name

Resp sir,
My name is rejaul sekh, father's name is panna sekh, pan no is dkops5680d, my address is vill - highscholol para, po - jiaganj, dist - murshidabad, west bengal, pin - 742123, mob - [protected]. Sir i have a problem to sbi bank they says there are two pan card on my name from net, but i have one pan card and other has same details but pan no and picture are difference.
So i ask to you how i shall solve form this problem.
