UTI-ULIP — Release of payment o[censored]TI mutual fund ULIP

I Smt. Kailash Kumari w/o Late Sh. Amar Singh s/o Sh. Manphul Singh wish to mention that my husband expired in an accident on 24 July 2007. My husband Late Sh. Amar Singh has purchased UTI Mutual Fund in a Scheme UTI-Unit-Linked Insurance plan (Income) on 09-March 1997 and maturity date was 09-Mar-2012. The Investor ID No is[protected] with Folio No.[protected] policy UL [protected] dated 7-Febuary-2000 of my husband, we haven't receive insurance payment even after sending so many applications to UTI, though i have sent all the required document of the policy at the same time. Kindly look into the matter and inform me accordingly and make the remaining payment of the policy. Hoping for early action as it's due since so long.
