UTIITSL — father name correction for pan card

I am zahid hussain, application coupon number-u-q[protected], pan number-afwph8401f s/o abdul jabbar vill+post-awapur, sitamarhi,
I am applying for correction of father name for pan card from[protected] and physicallly send document for uti infrastructure limited but my status is showing father name document not submitted. But i am sending all document via speed post pls solve my issue sir
