Uts — amount deducted but season ticket not book and till date money not refund

I tried book season pass ticket ( one month) through UTS app from sonipat-snp to okhla on dated 5-3-2019 and amount of Rs. 270/- is deducted from my account but season ticket is not issued.
please resolve or refund my money at earliest.
