UTS Global — complaining for marksheet & certificate not received

I am Really harassed by JNU & MIT due to cheap quality & fraudulent transaction with student, I had taken admission for MBA+PGD through Universal Training System known as UTS GLOBAL at Jaipur national university and Maharashtra Institute of Technology Pune combine program conducted by both of them, But still i have not received my Certificate of MBA from Jaipur national university & PGD Certificate from Maharashtra Institute of Technology
everyday i am calling them lot of time but no one answering the call and already i have draft plenty of emails but no one replying to mails also

Due to your this bogus administration I am complaining against JNU & MIT

Please, Do the needful, for providing me my convocation certificate, Certificate of MBA & PGD write me the same that you are not going to provide any kind of certificate to students.
