UTS Global — Do not sble to fill exam form since last one year

My registration no is [protected] and enrolled for pgd+mba programme and i am left with one exam only but since last one year i am not able to fill even exam form as it saying pending formalities to be completed toward university and when i asked to executives i submitted all documents three times but till now no respnse. Now they are no even picking call
