I tried booking the ticket from the UTS application on Dec 8th at 5:25 am from Secunderabad junction and Nizamabad junction.
I have used the payment method as a Gpay merchant account. The amount has been deducted from the account and payment was successfully done from the Gpay app. But I have not received the ticket.
When I checked with the GPay support team they informed me that payment had successfully transferred to the UTS team
So I need a refund for this request. I have attached a reference screenshot
