    I placed an order on Dec 3rd, one of the items from the order promised to be shipped in ten days ( ready to wear), so the only reason why placed the order was to get one of the item before Dec 25th, so I can wear it for Christmas. I had to email the company multiple times to inquire about the product and each time they would come back repeating the same information that the item has been delayed by the carrier. When I didn't get the item on Dec 24th I had to purchase another item from the local indian clothes store and told the Utsav fashion gazzilion of times to cancel that item and process my refund if I do not get my item before Dec 24th, but instead of acknowledging my request they are kept on sending me the same email over and over again. They have not only ruin my event but also have wasted my time and given me mental stress. All I need is to get my money back for the item that did not fulfil what their website promised. I am I'm at to wait for the other item as it did not have any prior promises on delivery and shipment. the order numberthe order number is MU[protected]. I will complain and share my explain anywhere where I have to.

      I live in USA. I ordered a dress in Utsav Fashions for my 14 year old daughter on May 30th, 2021 for a very important event in our community. We wanted to order about 230 more dresses if the dress I ordered looked good, but the company messed up my order and did not let me know. I waited for over 4 weeks and reached out to custom service and asked what happened to my order, that’s when they told me that they had a dress for a 7 year old and asked me if they can deliver it. This was very frustrating and disappointing and this is not the first this has happened. Now we changed our mind in ordering the rest of the 230 dresses because of this bad experience. I cancelled my order and it’s a very unpleasant experience for my daughter as well. This company should payback the fine for this very bad customer service. I’m going to let all my friends in USA not to buy this company’s products and will write about this in our community social media website.

        I received royal anarkali purple shara (Invoice no 02093470bxt1hx019 from royal anarkali, surat, gujrat) on 9.9.19 from the vender. On opening the packet i observed two holes in the lower of the suit. I immediately called the supplier (Phone no [protected] after a great struggle the line got connected) describing the defect in the suit. I was asked to send photographs on their whatsapp no which i did without any delay. Two days later i got a message that the suit was checked thrice before it was packed. I can only infer from his explanation that i am telling a lie. I request you to look in to the matter and make arrangements to replace the piece at an early date.

          I ordered and received an embroidered satin georgette lehenga in dark teal blue by making online payment from their website with order number mi[protected]
          I got its delivery on 21.08.19. But when i had the look on the product quality it was not worth the price paid for it. It has finishing issues and extremely lightweight.
          The very next day i mailed them and requested for its return but they are delaying it unnecessarily and they have stopped responding to the mails. I have no other way of contacting them except mails.
          I want to return this item and want my money back. The team at utsav fashion is not responding and not even trying to resolve the issue. Since 22.08.19 i have been sending mails to them regarding the same but all in vain. They are being inhuman and showing shameful behaviour. I really regret being a customer. I trusted them and they are betraying it. I never ever had such worst experience shopping online.
          Please do the needful. I ll be grateful to you.

            Hi team,

            Hopefully will get positive response
            I have ordered 2 suits from utsavsuits.com and both are stiched suits. I ordered small sizes but i received xl sizes. Product has no use for me so i have mailed for refund in just half an hour. Basically wrong products delivered.
            But refund department rejected my request says that products are not damaged.
            Please help me in this issue and refund my money asap.

              I had made a purchase on 8-12-18 from utsavfashion.in with order #mi[protected]. The product was kanchipuram saree dark teal green.

              The overall quality of the saree was not good enough. It seems like low quality. Extremely transparent and lightweight. I want to return this item and want my money back. The team at utsav fashion is not responding in a great way. I really regret being a customer there.

              The problem was solved directly through email. Need to be beware of fraudulents who are using this site to ask bank details etc. be careful everyone.

                  I have ordered a saree few weeks ago.
                  Delivery date has already passed.
                  They are not replying or updating the status of the order..
                  Even that have not given any customer care number on their website, the feedback mechanism is very poor they are not even responding on email. Done more that 10 emails, but no response.
                  Such a poor service.
                  Hope will get product, as already paid.

                    Hi,
                    I ordered a salwar on september 16 th, and the first time the courier couldn't reach the phone number provided, so the product was sent it back, gave another phone number to contact, talked to 3 different representatives, second time, i received an email, stating receiver is not available, called dtdc 3 different offices, come to find out there is no phone number provided, so they sent back the item second time. I don't know, why i waste my time to order from this website. I have 3 orders done so far, not even received any item. I prefer not to do any orders from this website, i need all 3 orders cancelled and need my money back as soon as possible. So disappointed...

                      Bought two outfits and paid extra for shipping, but only one item arrived. Before delivery I was charged a further £25 by DHL. Dress had one armhole smaller than the other. On top of that my second item still hasn't arrived, with numerous emails, but to no avail and no way of getting my £75 back!! I will never buy from this company ever again nor will I let my family and friends purchase from here. All I want is MY MONEY BACK!!!

                        Bought a 42 size Kurta-Pajama set from Utsavfashion.com in first week of November'12 & Got it delivered On time (last week of November'12) but of Wrong size 48. Filed a complaint immidiately for either exchange Or refund. They agreed to refund the value & asked me to send the courier back to them at my own cost which also they agreed to refund on receipt of the product.They then rejected to receive the product when it went for delivery. Now they are asking for Return Shipping Number & DTDC says they don't have any such number for rejected couriers.

                        The DTDC courier services added to the disaster by replacing the sticker & giving me a wrong receipt due to which I could not track my Courier & after a month of follow up I was told that my shipment number was something else & has been rejected by Utsav Fashion.
                        DTDC did not even inform about the rejection neither did they deliver the rejected packet to me. I had to collect it from their office.

                        Please suggest what to do about these callousness to get the right product & compensation for so much inconvenience.

                        I am amazed how blazenly fraudulent Utsav is. I am going through a similar issue where inspite of the return delivery confirmation, they are refusing to provide a credit. It has been 8 months now! BTW- is your issue resolved?

                        I bought 8 sarees online on the utsav fashion website for 250 USD. They are saying that over 249 USD it's free shipping. But I had to pay 118 USD to dhl in total when I received the parcel. They never told me by mail on the bills that I have to pay somthing to get the parcel. They said it was free shipping.
                        Iam jyothi hegde .i purchase on kanchipuram red saree in utsvfastion . I don't like the colour of that saree .and it has small damage in saree . So i want to take replacement of other sareee . It is around 7560rs . So pls send the address of how to return that saree. Pls send me details.

                          I had ordered a lehenga online for Rs 20,350 from Utsav Fashion on 3rd Dec 2012 & later cancelled on 8 Dec 2012. I was told that it take 2 working days for processing refund. However it has been 15 days and i have yet not received a refund on Rs 20350.
                          Also i tried reaching call centre number on [protected] & tried doing live chat or escalated vide mails on [protected]@utsavfashion.com However have never received any satisfactory mails so far.
                          Request you to kindly help me to receive my refund amount of Rs 20350.

                            I ordered a saree in Utsav fashion for 222.80$ on September 21st 2012. My order number is UT495527. I also shipped my own blouse as sample piece for stiching. It is December 6th 2012 today. I have made repeated calls to them. They always mention that the saree has not arrived from the vendor. I need my own blouse which I had shipped. They have kept it with them for the last 2 and half months. I requested them to ship the blouse to my indan address at least. Everytime they take the address , say that they are shipping the blouse . Next time when I call they say please can you give the address again . We will ship it definitely this time. I am fed up.

                              I stay in Johannesburg, South Africa. I had online shopped a product (item code KMU329) from utsavfashion.com. I had the product delivered to my Kolkata home address. I received the product in hand around a month after the actual delivery to my home (my friend brought it to Johannesburg while coming back from India). However, i have made utsav aware of this fact and asked if alterations etc are still possible. They suggested that i can get it altered whenever i need. The product is nowhere close to the measurement specification i has chosen. I cant even get into the product leave aside being small. When i wrote to them about alteration, they suggested that since i delayed in getting back to them, they cannot consider my concern. I have written them an email with the proof that they had mentioned that there is no time limit. All i would like to either get the product altered or get my money back.

                              I am utterly disappointed with how Utsav Fashions deal with there customer. There is a distinct difference between their 'before' and 'after' behaviour with customers.
                              Utsav has come back to me offering a refund of the product price. I told them that all i wanted was some fitting done and not a refund. They have also offered me a 10% discount on product price for future purchase.

                              Glad you found your issue resolved. I had to return my purchase and after 8 months, I am still waiting for a credit. This is inspite of a USPS delivery confirmation!

                                I have ordered a salwar kameez set online from Utsavfashion.com-Delhi order no. UI378667 on 5/04/2012. I made the payment of Rs.1640/- online by credit card. But iI received a kameez of smaller size ie. Medium instead of Large size.
                                I have written lot of mails as well as also forwarded Photos of the kameez but they have delayed this matter with no reason & now they are saying that photos are not clear. Simply giving one or the other reason & refusing to give replacement.
                                Please look into this matter seriously. Either they should return the money or they should give me replacement immediately.
