My order number is 104114 my request no: utva22182 and a person from aramex pick up the product, recipt no.[protected] on 18/3/2016 and as per your mail madam ankita gaud promised to refund payment within 2-3 working days, after more than 20days the amount is not refunded, i have submitted my bank account details .Please help me in this matter as now i am worried about my refund. Dear Sir,
My order no. id 404506, for which i paid 599 i liked the picture and simply ordered the product, as mentioned that is made of pure cotton and duppatta made of chiffon but after receiving the product i was surprised to see the material which is synthetic mix and the design of neck is improper...since long I am following for my pickup and the customer care no. is also not respond-able,
kindly help to receive my refund.
