missing parcel

My sister sent a parcel around one month ago from jammu, jammu and kashmir from the last 15 days it shows in transit is still in bhopal today and their destination show below was noida delhi. Their service is so pathetic. Whenever i called someone rejecr my cal[protected]‬ from thos number. They are not revert my mails. Their numbers are not reachable. I don’t know what to do know.
I had a very important document in that parcel....

Im a common citizen of INDIA.. This theaters owners are making more money in selling tickets in black... For RAJNIKANH Movie (LINGA). They are not issueing tickets in Counter Has well in online, but it is HouseFull. Please take a Action on the Owner...!! In this Theater Urvashi Digital 4K Cinema Lalbagh Road Bangalore... Their is no proper security for the people their is no metal detector and no checking also.. Regards,...
