In Prayagraj's Greenvalley, Shaha urf Pipalgaon, electricity is not coming properly for the last about 1.5 months, very little voltage comes, which is mostly less than 100 watts and sometimes less than 50 watts, which has been complained many times. But till now no hearing has been done, there is no transfarmar here, due to which the problem of voltage is getting more. Light is not coming for the last 2 days, due to which there is a problem...

प्रयागराज के greenvalley, शाहा उर्फ़ पिपलगांव में पिछले लगभग 1.5 month से बिजली की सही से नही आ रही है बहुत ही कम वोल्टेज आता है जो अधिकतर 100 watts से भी कम रहता है और कभी कभी 50 watt से भी कम जिसकी कई बार complain की गयी पर अभी तक कोई सुनवाई नही हुयी यहा transfarmar भी नही है जिससे voltage की समस्या अधिक हो रही है बिजली विभाग transfarmar नही लगा रहा कह रहा की किसी नेता से लिखवा के लाइए या चंदा जमा करके अपना प्राइवेट लगवा लीजिये। पिछले 2 दिन से इदम भी लाइट नही आ रही जिससे यहाँ बिजली के साथ साथ पानी की भी दिक्कत हो रही बहुत लोग जनरेटर मंगा कके पानी भर रहे है बिजली विभाग की तरफ से घोर लापरवाही की जा रही है यहा बहुत दिक्कत हो रही है कृपया करके इस complain को धयान में रख के इस समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द करे। यहा के लोग आपके सदा आभारी रहेंगे ।

My Billing account no.[protected] with name Mrs. Geeta Devi B/o Mr Bhole Shankar Sharma . The complaint is against Uttar Pradesh power corporation Limited . The team has inflated bill for two consecutive month with incorrect meter reading for no reason, resulting in INR 2930 o/s bill . Our senior citizen parents visited billing office panwaria to request correction in billing with correct reading so that they can pay the bill . I have attached bill trend for last few month and you notice it’s never been more INR 500 . Our parents can not visit multiple to various faculty of electricity for correction due to medical condition .my self out of town due to work requirements. Therefore I request kindly take necessary action to UPPCL team .

I have written this mail to ragister my complain regarding wrong electricity bill of this month.
I have received this month bill (no.[protected] of period 2 April to 6 June 2022 of amount 2678 rs. While I have already paid 2030 rs. on 14 May 2022 of period from 2 April to 10 May 2022. Kindly rectify the bill and send me proper bill so that I may pay proper amount of corrected bill on time.

Just want to raise our concern with the electricity supply where we are facing the issue with voltage fluctuations and sometimes very low voltage. The same we are facing since last week. The situation is getting worst day by day, even we are not able to use any electrical appliances at home as everything is on risk....

The above message has been sent by UPPCL on our mobile number [protected], we live in Delhi, since March 2022, we are all living in Delhi, then how this bill is being generated.,

In March, when we went to our village, I had also complained to the electricity department that the bill was made wrong, the electricity department noted the reading again, then 11 units were consumed, they said that we update the readings. I must have made a mistake then we came to Delhi and after that I got this message that your bill has come.

A pole of supply line has been broken 6 months ago . I Have complaint then . In result of complaint the pole has brought and stood up .
The supply is still not connected to pole . I have complaint thrice . In reply company says that the issue was resolved but they did not resolve issue . The local body of company ask ₹ 5000 for issue as convenience fee . Other hand they say that no one can force us to resolve the issue without convenience fee. Because we have to share it with our officers .

I'm from Baraipur raebareli Uttar Pradesh, past 1 week my residence area is experiencing low voltage and frequent major voltage fluctuations which is causing a lot of discomfort as essential electrical appliance for summer are unable to operate properly as the voltage is really low and there are frequent major voltage fluctuations as well. My fridge recently stopped working. Please solve this ASAP as it is very uncomfortable in summers.

We, the residents of Harishah Mohallah, Sikandrabad, Bulandahahr, are facing this constant problem of voltage fluctuation since last few months. Since past month, voltage fluctuation has increased so much that it is causing great amount of discomfort to us all especially to the senior citizens. Even our safety is at stake because such high level of voltage fluctuations are causing the electrical devices, such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, stabilizers, etc, to malfunction and it could lead to short circuit and thus the risk of fire. To avoid any such mishappening, we request you to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. I am mentioning the problems below again in short.

1. Extreme low voltage.
2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.
3.in the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often no power or too low voltage to operate fan, tv or ac.
4. The problem is due to the insufficient capacity transformer that is installed in our locality. There is a great need of high capacity transformer in our locality.
