I am a resident of flat no. 103, t rose tower, gh 3, sector – 5, jankipuram vistar, lucknow -226 031 and have a electric connection of 5 kw. I would like to inform you that the meter reader never comes for reading in our flat. However i am depositing the bill on the basis of meter reading regularly. Fix charges of rs. 450.00 is realized regularly without record dmd, which vary from month to month. I want to mention...

Dear sir
I am residing at farrukhabad raideep chand street the locality where i reside we share only one pole that’s also very far from our houses and for the same we needed 27 meter wire .We are also facing following problems----

1- cable faults regularly due to monkeys.
2- pole where supply is coming from is near to a school and school management do not allow to repair any faults.
3- the pole is near about 30 meters far away from the houses and majority of houses in this locality share single pole.
4- the cables which we are using have been torned off due to distance and it would cause a severe disaster any time
Therefore i request you to kindly allow a electric pole at my locality .

my want to say that i belong to bhoura kalan m.nagar and our transformer have some serious powercuts and some time give the low voltages due to which our village people have some trouble like we can not operate the electric appliances like water moter, fans, cooler etc .
we also go to the electricity block for changing our transformer but they don, t take any action on this .

I am a resident of vivek khand-2 gomtinagar area. My power station is vishwas khand (Madhyanchal) nowadays power cut is a serious problem over here through the power station vishwas khand. With out any prier information power cut is going on for 2-2 hours its summer time and you can feel the problems of these days.
This is to request to you please put up the inquiry for the same and resolved the problem. This is not an issue of one day. Every second or fourth day we are facing this type of problem of power cut.

SIR,
myself is resident of tanda ambedkar nagar chowk area.
my complaint is about the corrupted management of your deptt in tanda.they don't move even without taking money.
15 days before our area transformer was burnt.
when we asked them for replacement then we were asked for 5500 rupees just for the replacement of transformer
.we the people of chowk some how managed to arrange the money in 2 days and gave it to them.
then only they made the replacement.
story does not ends here...
after 15 days same transformer again burnt
the same story repeated again and the best part is that today the transformer burnt again.
RIDICULUS

My electricty bill is comming wrong reading and wrong meter no. from last three year so many time i made complaint, in electricity board but not corrected it till today. last application submited on 2/04/2016.
I this connection electricity bill is pending last tree year . Electricity board sending me bill with intrest this not my fault .

I have taken domastice connection meter no. was LF1798 meter relaced due to was faulty new meter no ED1452. in that referance old meter reading feed in new meter .bill should come in0000 reading. no ammount deducted which IDF reading bill ammount paid in your department You send me False bill of meter no.EG9981 Before this bill I paid all bills at due date .no any disconnection electric supply because all bills pid by myself properly. so many times I gave appliction for correction my electricity bill 31/1/14 one appliction with 1000.00 rupees feerecipt no.[protected]. again 15/4/14 one application and 10000.00 ruppes recipt no.[protected] . an other application submited 2/4/2016 for correction. kindly help me .department sending me new bill with pennalty and interest no correction done till today. my mobil no. is [protected]

I, Pradeep Kumar S/o Kamlesh Tiwari ( Vill-Akona, Post-Dhanuri, Teh-Rath, Distt-Hamirpur, Pin code-210431 ) want to inform you that due to High Tension line fallen on our standing crop and damage it completely. It was happened four times earlier also but no preventive measures has been taken by electricity department.

My father & some farmers were working on that time when this HT line has fallen in our land, somehow they saved there life. Please take some strict action & if possible please change the route of this line.

Hello sir,
I am bimit verma from janta flats, sector 99 noida. There is a voltage supply problem in my apartment. I have registered the complaint many times in the nearby bijli ghar (Sector 100) but they wont' look into it. I even registered a complaint online from my uppcl account. The case ids are [protected] and [protected] respectively. Due to the low voltage my ac and fridge have stopped working. The line man says there is some earthing problem but they never come here to fix. I request you to kindly look into it immediately.

My electricity bill dated 11 feb, 2016 to 9 mar, 2016 accounts to inr 9910.00 but today when i went to pay my bill i was told that my bill amounts to rs. 11060. They told me that there is some fee for new electricity meter which was installed in jan, 2014 in my house. Later they told me if i don't pay this extra amount the electricity connection of my home will be disconnected. When i called the electricity board and asked about this i was informed that billing machine by which the person gives us electricity bill each much has some fault in it. That seems a mere excuse to me.

Such a big difference in bills doesn't feel acceptable to me. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and update me with the correct bill amount. Since this is happening on a quarterly basis for my family and due to which peace of mind of my family is getting affected.
A sooner action will be deeply appreciated.

There is high tension line at COD Colony Road which is touching front of the houses causing risks to the life of families of the house owners. The house owners have submitted application on 20/10/2012 to the Sahayak Abhiyanta, Kesco, Daheli Sujanpur but no action taken so far on the application(copy attached).

May we request your kind honour to do needful to shift the HT Lines at some distance or underground the lines to avoid future risks of the human lives as earlier two girls were seriously injured.

It is found in Shankarpuri Colony, Kamta, near house no B-21/5 that the poles for new conmection has been given many years ago but the wire connection is still given through the same old iron pole whose wire touches the house roofs of many people. However people are demanding money to get it done but nobody is ready to pay money for the govt's work. Please check as it may cost many lives. Help us live fearlessly. Show some serious concerns about this hazardous condition.

Hi, I would like to inform you that the houses behind sindhon devi temple chaupatiya Lucknow owner name is Shyama Devi are illegally using the electricity in their houses at 24 hours from the pole with the help of illegal wires and same things also used by her tarent too who used to live at same house .So I request you to please check and take immediate necessary action. Note - Its request please visit Sunday or after 4 and also mark that whenever any one come for checking she says she is tarent at that house and owner is not here but the lady name shyama is the owner and this thing happen since late 7 to 8 yrs
