Kindly guide as to how can I get the receipt for the payment made of Rs. 10, 875 towards electricity bill for A/C no [protected] dated 28.12.15.Though the money is debited from my HDFC account neither the payment is reflected in the bill as its status shows still pending due to some payment gateway error. How can I proceed to get the receipt generated or get the refund. Thanks....

It is found in Shankarpuri Colony, Kamta, near house no B-21/5 that the poles for new conmection has been given many years ago but the wire connection is still given through the same old iron pole whose wire touches the house roofs of many people. As per bill aug'15, rs3.63 is mentioned although bill was paid in full as per bill of Jul'15.
