I'm from Baraipur raebareli Uttar Pradesh, past 1 week my residence area is experiencing low voltage and frequent major voltage fluctuations which is causing a lot of discomfort as essential electrical appliance for summer are unable to operate properly as the voltage is really low and there are frequent major voltage fluctuations as well. My fridge recently stopped working. Please solve this ASAP as it is very uncomfortable in summers.

We, the residents of Harishah Mohallah, Sikandrabad, Bulandahahr, are facing this constant problem of voltage fluctuation since last few months. Since past month, voltage fluctuation has increased so much that it is causing great amount of discomfort to us all especially to the senior citizens. Even our safety is at stake because such high level of voltage fluctuations are causing the electrical devices, such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, stabilizers, etc, to malfunction and it could lead to short circuit and thus the risk of fire. To avoid any such mishappening, we request you to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. I am mentioning the problems below again in short.

1. Extreme low voltage.
2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.
3.in the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often no power or too low voltage to operate fan, tv or ac.
4. The problem is due to the insufficient capacity transformer that is installed in our locality. There is a great need of high capacity transformer in our locality.

We want a phase change ... As the phase we use always have low voltage n ac do not work properly. I don't know the problem with Voltage in phasr but i want to change the phasr

I, Dharamvir singh, farmer of shahari madan garhi aligarh, wants to inform that I have compaint to change transformer due to the failure of transformer at my tube well in shahari madan garhi on 05 may, but no action has taken yet from last 25 days, crops are drying due to lack of water. Even I have compaint and contact to J.E & SDO of my locality many times but still no action has taken yet.. Its my request from you to take action against this complaint as soon as possible.

Online Genus prepaid meter recharge issue. Money is deducted from account but recharge code not generated. As there is no customer care support for prepaid customers, already contacted local electrical departments and they have no clue. They are just asking me to hop around their various centers & passing the issue. There are lot many people in my society facing the same issue. We are stuck and not sure if the money gets reimbursed, at the same time not able to recharge the meter.
Please advise at the earliest.

I live in Ambikapuram area in shuklaganj, kanpur.
The power cuts in my area is almost 16-17 hours.
The remaining 7-8 hours of electricity has low voltage issues.
I had a word with power house of my area, they keep on repeating the same thing everytime that we are getting big transformers and wait for rains for getting proper electricity.
I don't understand that in a place like Uttar Pradesh how can we rely on rains.
Fake promises are given and never kept.
If government is providing the benefits I am unable to understand why it's not reaching us.

SIR, I HAD PAID THE ELECTRICITY BILL FOR APR 22 VIA GOOGLE PAY. But i got no confirmation from uppcl at my registered mobile number. Also, the website shows the payment is pending . But the photo i am attaching, shows clear receipt of payment. Please resolve this issue and confirm the payment through sms on registered mobile no.

Very poor supply of electricity in Ekta Nagar, every night we cannot sleep because of power. It feels we are living in remote village not in lucknow capital o[censored]ttar pradesh. Voltage less than 90 volts all appliances are getting damaged one by one. We are just paying bills only and not getting proper electricity and voltage

I am the owner of plot bearing no SD-074, Sector 63A, Noida. For construction purpose I had taken prepaid meter on the said property, after completion of the construction work I have surrender the temporary meter. Now I have taken 05 kw load meter and the consumer no is [protected]. Today when I checked my electricity bill through WhatsApp no I am stunned to see another consumer number against my registered number that is incorrect. I am attaching screen shot for kind perusal and necessary action at your end. Plz rectify the same and oblige.

Yesterday morning I saw a huge flame on one of the electric Pole, whose videos is enclosed with this. Requesting to please assign someone on this as its been more than continuous 40hrs power didn't backed up.

I am resident of Gaur SPORTSWOOD Sector 79, Noida.
Recently UPPCL prepaid meters have been installed in our society.

Trying to get in touch with my division office for Electricity bill along with my GSTN 09AHLPA4840Q1ZV every month, bot no one picks the phone.

By mistake, the electricity bill of my house has been paid twice. 1st payment was made on gpay and the 2nd payment was made on uppcl website. Details below :

मैंने अपना 1kv का कनेक्शन अप्लाई किया था जिसका Application No:- [protected] यह हैं और इसकी साड़ी कार्यवाही पूर्ण होने के पश्चात जब मीटर लगाने के लिए कर्मचारी आता है तो वो कहता है के आपके नाम दो एफ़ आई आर पहले से हैं ओर यह मीटर नहीं लगेगा उससे बहुत रिक्वेस्ट करने के बाद भी उसने मीटर लगाने से इनकार कर दिया जब की हमारे नाम की कोई भी एफ़ आई आर नहीं है और यह मनमानी करके मीटर नहीं लगा रहे है और सील भी ऑनलाइन जनरेट कर दी है किर्पा करके मेरा मीटर लगाने का कष्ठकरें धन्यवाद

I have paid Rs.1344 against due electricity bill of a/c no. [protected] vide upi id virgo.[protected]@oksbi on 13th May 2022. The amount got deducted from my bank account but the bill is still showing unpaid.
I complained on the helpline number [protected] but the complaint got closed without my issue getting resolved. It is my request that concerned may be asked to look into the matter and update the payment against said consumer a/c or refund the amount back into my bank account.

Kalwari Dakhi, changahiya, District Basti - 03 Electric poles damaged due to accident from 02 day. No action taken by Kusaura power house to regular power sypply

I had complaint regarding low voltage power cut from past 3-4 day we are maximum getting almost 5-10 min electricity I had complaint through different portals their person just call and asked for meter reading...
Thats it not a single issue solved problem remain same present it's 11.07 night time still no light in this 45' c temp..
How we can live with fan and electricity... They just enjoy their AC rooms uppcl must be private..

I sincerely and honestly tried my best to get new electricity connection, but my application was rejected due to someone else's bill being unpaid. It is my request that those whose bills are due, either their connection should be disconnected as possible as soon so that they clear their dues. Or else my new connection should be added without any hindrance.

I would like to gaze your attention towards the pathetic situation we(the people here) are facing. There is no stable electricity in our area since 14/05/2022 evening, we are facing long duration electricity cut. It doesn't last more than 5 minutes. Moreover, since the (water)motor operates on electricity due to that we are also facing water scarcity in our area. Hereby, I am requesting to the concerned authority kindly do the needful regarding the electricity cut in our area.
