please do something, the condition is getting worse here the power supply is creating a nuisance, it is generally said that Delhi is far better than U.P, and by showing such kind of behaviour you are proving it, try to have some humanity in your heart, yesterday also there war no electricity the whole night the condition here are proving to be rediculousit, it is so annoying when you come from office tired and find no electricity how would you feel?and it has also been noticed that the area of Shalimar garden Ext-II, b-block receive least electricity as compared to other areas, the nearby area are having proper electricity supply whereas we are having power cuts, please its all in your hands try to make the area a better place to live!!!

Yes, Satveer is right, bcoz boards supply to customer is very bad and after pay heavy electricity bill, will not get the proper electricity, there is lots of power cuts for hole year.

Electricity Shortage is at its extreme these days . In the locality of peerghaib moradabad we hardly get electricity for less than 7 hours . Even if we have inverters they dont charge . School going chidren cannot make up their sleeps and it is very hard study once it is dark.The season is very hot old age people and children are worst hit . Dear Sir,
It is regretful to say that in front of my house drainage are full of dung & garbage and private agency is regularly cleaning the dung as they are their personnel servant on the other hand they have refused to collect the garbage in front of our house as it is our personnel garbage it is claimed by your inspector Mr. L.L. Das.
On Diwali everywhere was clean on our door garbage was lying in a heap.
It is regretful to say that in front of my house drainage are full of dung & garbage and private agency is regularly cleaning the dung as they are their personnel servant on the other hand they have refused to collect the garbage in front of our house as it is our personnel garbage, claimed by your inspector Mr. L.L. It is ridiculous that a garbage is personnel while all the garbage is coming out from the houses nothing is from elsewhere and agency is empowered to decide whichever they have to collect or to refuse. The drainage are full of dung on mangal bazar road, anybody can notice with bare eyes but as they are regularly getting gratification from them so they are providing services to them specially.
On Diwali everywhere was clean on our door garbage was lying in a heap.

A normal customer is over charged for others, if my unit in a month is 81 also, I am charged for 120 for 2 KW connection, where as an emloyee of SEB even after his retirement and death is not charged single paise for next generation also.why honest consumer should pay for these types of theft cases authorised by our SEB officers.

No meter reader or departmental vigilance cheks him . Reason Mr Harprased verma was in SEB staff, retired around 12 yrs back. also expired after retirment . His son is age of approx 35 yrs, Still dept respectfully proving him supply free of cost.

Dear Sir

I reside in Modinagar (Gzb. ) (U.P). In Modinagar the power supply is very poor. The timing of cut off electrictity is in morning its 7.00 a.m to 2.15 p. m and in evening cut off is 8.00p.m to 2.00 p.m. In 24 hours of a day, we people only get 10 hours electricity. We people suffer lots of problem due to cut off electriciaty.

Its my humble request to you please take some action against the excess cut off electricity in Modi Nagar.

The SDO, JE and all the junior staff all are taking money from him. We hope the concerned department will take immediate necessary action on Kaluram cable wala (Gujjar).

M40/9501/006012 since 21 Feb 1976 for 25 HP and we are paying Rs.9500 per month, we are staying in Renukut which is within 7 km of Rhind Dam where electricity is generated, we run a manufacturing unit and we get electricity for not more than 5 hours due to some or the other fault daily SDO, JE hardly listen to our problems ... roasting time is 7 am to 10 am in morning and 7 pm to 9 pm in evening then also they keep on cutting power always many of the wires are old and they are using them by tying knots they don’t have equipments to repair the faults. Transformers here are overloaded and they come in non working conditions frequently.
Please take necessary action regarding the above problems.

I never lived in Uttar Pradesh in winters and in fact my parents just went there to address parental property issue. I grew up in Mumbai and from the last 6 years I lived in U.S. I did my M.S. from a very good university. The reason I went to this page today because my parents mentioned they are living in a village with no electricity for more than 18hours. Given 6 hours of electricity the whole life style is disoriented and no one can really live a productive life compared to people who never faced this problem like me when I lived in Mumbai for 20 years.

Electricity is the most essential problem and it is very crucial to any development activity. I can't imagine any development without consistent electricity.

This is completely my perception of the problem and I think I am right to a great extent given my limited understanding of the problem. Getting electricity and maintaining it are two phases of the same problem.

Getting electricity

It is a big endeavor to have electricity across villages. It would take several Hydroelectric, Nuclear based electric projects and Coal based thermal power electric projects based upon the natural resources around. It would take a vision for long term developments. And for that it would take a government that would be questionable for a long term. And I don't see any stable government in UP or many other states. Give, these small parties like BSP, SP etc. I expect no development because they won't last anytime soon more for than a session. And hence, electricity is no more a priority to any of them. BJP or Congress any central level government who are supposed to stay for a long time could possible think about this problem in a different way compared to these small parties. Also, they have not set good examples in other states but still it is a lot better in other states. I would consider Delhi Metro rail as an example to follow. Give, the complexity of the problem, stable governments in Delhi had to let this project to the finish line. Given the structure of Democracy we have in India, this is the only solution to the problem.

The best government can do is to have big projects started. Get electricity to houses. But, it no government on earth can afford to maintain it from themselves. The consumers have to pay back to maintain it. The consumers have to rightfully use and pay back their bills. I have gone through the above complaints and I do realize we have another problem of highly available and visible corruption and it is funny to see we have examples in front o[censored]s and no action could be taken against them. Where on earth corruption is not there. It is there everywhere and no way a human mind could stay away from its potential growth. The only way to make the system more efficient is by making sure we have all the reasons to be honest and therefore the system must be designed so that any exceptions are penalized to an extent that there won't be any rational reason for exceptions. This is applicable to every maintainable system. From both the sides, the consumer must pay the electricity bill on time and the bill itself must be accurate based upon their usage. Expecting honesty in a system that has stayed corrupt without any drastic changes would be stupidity and expecting drastic changes without undertaking the ownership of electing the right answerable government is futile.

( farm house ) . ( Uppcl Department ne mere khet se ho kr ek hi boring (tubewel) k liye do lines daal rakhi hai ) jis k karan mujhe apne kheto mai aag lagne ka daar to rahta hi hai saath hi ye log light chori krte hai .

Last month on 25th November I had make a payment of my November month bill amount Rs. 2327/- . but I was shocked when I get my Dec. month bill according to you my bill is still pending for payment nov. month bill is also include as last month Eerier .
Then I visit your nearest electricity office which is in Shalimar Garden and they don’t have any answer of this query even they not accept my current month bill also . the representative told me that if I will pay total due amount then they accept the bill .

I ALSO meet a officer as well he told me that we have to wait till next month and then come again with bill .

this is Mani prabha from fafrana road modinagar, which is such a hillarious place to live in especially in summers.today i.e. 10 august 2017 there is no electricity by 7:30pm. and the time is 12:18 midnight, people here dosen't have any right to sleep. what are the power cut timings nobody's supposed to explain. in such a great humid atmosphere people are not supposed to sleep, ridiculous. The line has been intentionally laid to our field without our permission/ concurrence, to avoid crop loss/hindrance in ploughing the owner (Sh Ram pal singh and Family) of the tube well. The distance of the line which had taken directly from the double pole at which the transformer is installed would have been at much shorter distance and could also have much lesser voltage drop. Further it is intimated that there are many lines already passing through our filed. It is therefore requested to stop the erecting of line immediately from our field & this can be taken from double pole and also to compensate the damage of sugarcane crops (approx. Rs. 7500.00). An urgent and early action is requested at your end otherwise undersigned is forced to go to court/ consumer forum.
Also our field should not be made network of electric lines.

IS IT AS PER RULE OR NOT? IF NOT PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND INTERVENE IMMEDIATELY.

SECOND COMPLAIN: MR. RAM SWAROOP YADAV IS PROVIDING ELECTRICITY ABOUT 8-10 RENTERS ON PERMANENT BASIS WHO ARE RESIDING IN HIS HOUSE. ELECTRIC METER HAS BEEN BURNT AND FLAT RATE IS BEING PAID. IT IS ONE TYPE OF THEFT OF ELECTRICITY. HE IS DOING ALL SINCE FOUR TO FIVE YEARS BACK. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO LEGAL ACTION AS PER YOUR DEPARTMENTAL RULE . HOPING FOR FAVORABLE ACTION PLEASE. IN THIS PROCESS LINE MAN MAY ALSO BE INVOLVED.
