i m yogesh kumar tripathi yesterday i was in shopping complex in aurangabad 10/01/2009 i pay the amount of rs 3098/- by atm card payment to the shop but the amount is not accessed and also recipt is not getting & the machine displaying try again so then i pay the amount in cash to the shopkeeper after that i take the ministatement in the atm machine i found that rs 3098/- has been deducted from my account.so kindly take this complaint very seriously...shop located in nirala bazar market-aurangabad in levi's showroom

Sub:loss of courier document containing cash voucher due for payment
Dear Sir,
I had sent a courier document through your branch Begam Bridge, Opposite Gandhi Ashram, Meerut
vide receipt no.[protected] dated5/5/2008.This courier was sent to the folluwing address:
Er. Ram Vishal Pandey, Executive Engineer,
U, P.Utpadan Nigam, 8th floor, Shakti Bhawan Extention,
14 AshokMarg, Lucknow.
The courier was not received by the addresssee and on enquiry Sri S.K.Srivastava, Zonal ManagerBlazeflash couriers Ltd,
MeerabaiMarg, Lucknow told me that it was not received to addessee and sent back to Meerut where it was lost.tThis
courier document had cash vouchers of Rs.3630/( Rupees Three thousand six hundred thirty only) for which payment
was not made to me.You are therefore responsible to me the above amount within 10 days otherwise
I shall have to approch to Consuram Forum for this loss.

Hi,
I am Vikas a resident of allahabad (Kaudihar).
In Kaudihaar (Allahabad), at power distribution centre a lineman name Lalta Prasad Shukla is posted.
First thing one can never find him in his working hours.
And second if somehow you get him then he is not going to listen anybody along with using abusive language.
I don't know where actually to complaint against him.

A CHEQUE WAS DEPOSITED (RS.1098) FOR THE BILL DATED 18/8/07. AFTER THAT SEVERAL BILLS HAVE BEEN PAID BUT NOW THE BILL DATED 13/6/08 SAYS THAT, CHEQ UE FOR 18/8/07 RETURNED . A CHEQUE IS VALID ONLY FOR SIX MONTHS THEN HOW CAN THEY RETURN IT AFTER 9 MONTHS THAT CHEQUE IS OF THE FORMER TENANT HOW CAN WE MADE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT WHAT IS THE REASON BEHIND THIS DELAY WHY DIDN'T ANY OF THE NEXT BILLS INDICATES THAT DUE . WHEN WE COMPLAINED THIS TO THE JE HE SIMPLY TOLD IN GHAZIABAD CHEQUE IS ALWAYS DEPOSITED 3-4 MONTHS TIME SO WE HAVE TO PAY THE BILL. EVEN BY HIS VERSION THERE'S ONLY 3-4 MONTHS LATE IN OUR CASE IT IS LATE BY WHOLE NINE MONTHS SEEING THIS KIND OF IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOURS GOVERMENT SERVENTS OUR INDIA NEEDS LONG TIME TO SHINE

My father runs a tailoring shop in Lucknow. We got the electricity bill of more Rs 1,00,000. We were not in the position to pay such a huge amount at one go so we requested to convert the amount in EMIs. The officials asked us to pay them bribe otherwise they will issue the notice and the shop will be sealed and my father will land in jail. To stop that they wanted some money. We had already paid them around 40k but of no use. Nothing has been. It has been more than an year spending sleepless nights. Now they want us to pay the whole amount by 5th jan, 2008. Please help us and throw some light as to what should be my next step.
