Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I have applied for the new connection, but 4 month has been passed and I have not been granted it.
The officials are asking for a bride of Rs. 7000.

All my neighbour has electric connection, but they are refusing to give me new connection and saying i will only be provided connection if I will give them bribe.

Kindly look into the matter, and resolve my issue.

I want to inform you that the light house men are on their own they give supply whenever they want and they cut whenever they want ... in summers they cut for 18-20 hrs continuously, that our inverters got low.. we didn't get for 1 hour in previous 24 hrs...
I request you please look in to the matter in village too people live not only in city we are not animals...

I have a 4Kw power connection in radha kunj colony of kalindipuram prayagraj but power is very low fluctuating around 120-160 volt due to which various appliances of my house got damaged and i paid for its repair.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

I am not from up or residing or own any property in up but For the past 4 months I am getting a bill payment sms.even the number on which I get the sms is never registered to any electricity bill or organisation.oviously this is fraud or someone by mistake give my number or may be misusing unknown numbers for bill fraud.i already complaint about this a couple of months ago but still getting this sms.please resolve the problem ASAP.

Sir/Madam,
My self Kunal Bharti from ward no 7 Haldaur district Bijnor 246726. Our electricity has gone and I don't have any contact number so I thought that I have to visit power house to ask the reason for the same. But when I reached and asked the on duty officers for the same they start misbehaving and shouting on me. They were drunk on duty and start showing their political power and said do whatever you can. Their behavior was unacceptable in any form. They almost attacked on me and shouting very aggressively.
Is this the way a comman man can be treated by your officers?
Please take a proper action on those officers. Today I loose my all self respect.

It has been about 5 months I am waiting for a new connection. My application number is [protected] for 4 KW Commercial dated 28th December 2022.
I started my small company a few years before and now grown to a better business. I build a new building and applied for new connection. I am very much disappointed that despite of my several visits the local JE pretending not to issue a new connection and seeking unusual favours.

I, Mrs. Singh resident of Aggarwal Heights, Raj Nagar Extension, Gaziabad; am facing the problem of no power supply for more than 3 weeks till now.
My prepaid Meter is not getting recharged, due to some technical issues from UPPCL side.
For this I am visiting UPPCL office on daily basis but not getting proper solution.
Concern person there in office only use to do false promises to come to visit the site.
But he is not coming actually.
You are requested to the needful as soon as possible.
It's a big problem to be in dark specially in Summer and also my office work is getting disturbed as I am WFH.

I recharge for Genus prepaid consumer no. [protected] for amount Rs. 1470 on 22.7.2022 at 19:48:58.315 Whose transaction reference no. is WHD[protected]. Discom Name is Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited. Transaction was success and amount was deducted but Meter credit Amount shows NA and Recharge Token is NA. Kindly refund the amount.

I had complained about the same problem last year but it was not solved. The power cut is still going on, every day the power cuts from 7 in the morning and comes at 6 o'clock in the evening, now my only question is whether my problem is going to solved or not.

ईशापुरम गंगानगर मे मेरे घर के लिये नया कनेक्शन लगाने पर अतिरिक्त चार्ज बताकर लगभग 26000 रूपये अधिक लिया गया जबकि लाईन बहुत साल पहले से ही है और सेकङो कनेक्शन पहले से ही चल रहे है फिर भी मेरे घर के कनेक्शन पर अतिरिक्त चार्ज बताकर लगभग 26000 अधिक लिये गये है जो सही नही हे कृपया मेरे अतिरिक्त चार्ज मे लिये पेसै वापस कराने की कृपा करे ।
