Sir mere ghar ke meter ka load 1 kw hai is month ke bill me sirf 63 units hi spent hui hain phir bhi apke bill generate karne wale worker ne load ko 1.06 kar diya jisse penalty lag gayi hai mai us penalty ka bhugtaan kyu karun jo maine kiya hi nahi.

सविनय निवेदन की मैं सुरेंद्र कुमार S/O श्री भगवान दास निवासी पंजाबी कॉलोनी गली न0 4 मकान न0 1246 है जिसकी खाता संख्या [protected] है दिनांक 26/11/2021 से लगातार ऑनलाइन शिकायत की जारी है कि मीटर की मैन लाइन में फाल्ट है जिसके कारण मेरे घर की विद्युत आपूर्ति बाधित है। जिसकी वजह से मुझे काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है ।आपके यहाँ से अभी तक कोई विभागीय कर्मचारी नही आया है। फोन आने पर बोल जाता है यहाँ आकर शिकायत दर्ज कराओ। आपसे निवेदन है कि मीटर को बदलने की कृपा करें अथवा अगर इस कार्य मे विलंब हो तोह किसी लाइनमैन को भेज कर सीधी लाइन को जोड़कर आपूर्ति को सुचारू रूप से कुछ दिनों के लिए चालू करने की कृपा करें।

I paid my electricity bill using BHIM on 22 November of amounts Rs. 7929 and Rs. 2740. The bill status is showing pending on BHIM but the amount is debited from my account. On raising a complaint with BHIM I was told my amount has reached the UPPCL Account. UPPCL is showing the bill to be still pending. The amount is huge and I have faced this problem with UPPCL with other UPI applications. I am constantly facing so much hardship on e-payments with UPPCL.

मैं रामप्रसाद गांव नगला साहपुर गौतम बुद्ध नगर मेरे विद्युत मीटर की संख्या 10945063 है मेरा विद्युत मीटर चालू है मैने मार्च 2021 में सम्पूर्ण बिल भुगतान किया था लेकिन अप्रैल 2021 से अक्टूबर 2021 तक 7 माह उपभोक्ता का बिल 18092 रुपए आया है जो अत्यधिक है जबकि बिजली की खपत बहुत कम है
