UPPCL Rural is cutting Electricity everyday for 18 hours from Last 3 Days. When they give Electricity the Voltage is so low that even Submersible Motor is unable to pick water. Its 3 days No Electricity No Water. Please Help.

Please fix the power cut supply.
There is no alert message of power cut but still from more than 1 hour supply is off.why?

विषय : बिजली बिल खाता संख्या[protected] पर एड्रेस / पता सही करवाने एवं दलपतपुर, मुरादाबाद बिजली विभाग द्वारा सहयोग नहीं करने और परेशान करने के संबंध में शिकायत।

मैं आप को सूचित करना चाहता हू,[protected] को मैने ईडीडी-द्वितीय मुरादाबाद, ईडीएसडी-दलपतपुर { EDD -II Moradabad, EDSD -DALPATPUR} मेरे द्वारा एक आवेदन पत्र दिया गया। वह आवेदन मेरे बिजली बिल पर आ रहे गलत एड्रेस / पता को सही करवाने के लिए आदेश संबंधित था। जिसका आज[protected] तक कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ।
मैं एक प्राइवेट एक्सपोर्ट फैक्ट्री मैं मैनेजर के पद पर हू जहा मुझे सुबह 9 बजे से रात 9 बजे तक जॉब पर होना होता है। और बिजली विभाग मैं कोई भी अधिकारी सुबह 11 या 12 बजे से पहले नहीं मिलता इसलिए यह आवेदन पत्र[protected] मैने ईडीएसडी-दलपतपुर पर मौजूद कर्मचारी टिका सिंह (मोब# [protected] ) द्वारा दिया था। लेकिन उसका कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ। टिका सिंह द्वारा दिया गया वरिष्ठ अधिकारी सचिन कुमार मोब# [protected] पर संपर्क और कॉल की लेकिन यह नंबर कभी आंसर नहीं हुआ। इसलिए मे आज[protected] को फैक्ट्री से छुट्टी लेकर दलपतपुर बिजली विभाग 11 30 के करीब पंहुचा वहाँ पहचने पर टिका सिंह से पता चला SDO साहब जो आदेश करेगे वह अभी नहीं है और वहा मौजूद मनोज द्वारा 1000 का खर्च, फाइल बनेगी, जांच लगेगी, एड्रेस पर विजिट होगा कुछ इसतरह का प्रोसीजर बताकर मुझे परेशान करा जा रहा है। मैं जुलाई 2021 से अब तक बिजली का बिल जमा कर रहा हू और मैं यह भी जनना चाहता हू के अगर मेरा समाधान नहीं होता है तो क्या मैं बिजली बिल का भुगतान करना रोक दू फिर बिजली विभाग बिल पर जिसका एड्रेस हो उससे बिल का भुगतान लेले।
अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करने की कृपा करें, इसके लिए मैं आपका सदा आभारी रहूंगा।

My meter display not working.

Sir/Madam,
My self Kunal Bharti from ward no 7 Haldaur district Bijnor 246726. Our electricity has gone and I don't have any contact number so I thought that I have to visit power house to ask the reason for the same. But when I reached and asked the on duty officers for the same they start misbehaving and shouting on me. They were drunk on duty and start showing their political power and said do whatever you can. Their behavior was unacceptable in any form. They almost attacked on me and shouting very aggressively.
Is this the way a comman man can be treated by your officers?
Please take a proper action on those officers. Today I loose my all self respect.

From last day power wasn't being supplied to us due to some issues. Today it got repaired but still we ain't getting power supply.

Dear Sir,
It has been about 5 months I am waiting for a new connection. My application number is [protected] for 4 KW Commercial dated 28th December 2022.
I started my small company a few years before and now grown to a better business. I build a new building and applied for new connection. I am very much disappointed that despite of my several visits the local JE pretending not to issue a new connection and seeking unusual favours.
Please help me if someone can from UPPCL.

I, Mrs. Singh resident of Aggarwal Heights, Raj Nagar Extension, Gaziabad; am facing the problem of no power supply for more than 3 weeks till now.
My prepaid Meter is not getting recharged, due to some technical issues from UPPCL side.
For this I am visiting UPPCL office on daily basis but not getting proper solution.
Concern person there in office only use to do false promises to come to visit the site.
But he is not coming actually.
You are requested to the needful as soon as possible.
It's a big problem to be in dark specially in Summer and also my office work is getting disturbed as I am WFH.

I am receiving sms from UPPCL since last 1 year for bill payment on my number [protected], however I have no connection on my name Or number

I had complained about the same problem last year but it was not solved. The power cut is still going on, every day the power cuts from 7 in the morning and comes at 6 o'clock in the evening, now my only question is whether my problem is going to solved or not.

Last month my bill was approximately 6000 and in this month the bill created around 33000 without any reading from online portal of electricity board. I am not able to pay this unwanted excess bill. Kindly resolve as soon as possible.

ईशापुरम गंगानगर मे मेरे घर के लिये नया कनेक्शन लगाने पर अतिरिक्त चार्ज बताकर लगभग 26000 रूपये अधिक लिया गया जबकि लाईन बहुत साल पहले से ही है और सेकङो कनेक्शन पहले से ही चल रहे है फिर भी मेरे घर के कनेक्शन पर अतिरिक्त चार्ज बताकर लगभग 26000 अधिक लिये गये है जो सही नही हे कृपया मेरे अतिरिक्त चार्ज मे लिये पेसै वापस कराने की कृपा करे ।
