On your registered bill you mentioned that we have to pay the bill by the 12th, but on the 11th of October. I just got disconnected. The one who came to cut my electricity is called Santosh. He just talked very abusive to my mom and then after half an hour when I paid off my over-indebtedness and told him to reconnect but he just refused to reconnect. Nobody listens to me in the electricity office and the SDO officer does not listen to me either. It's hooliganism in Lajpat nagar. I ask you to take strict action against it.

    Regarding Meter Change

    This complaint is regarding our meter related. According to the billing guy, my meter is not working properly. I try to connect with the nearest powerhouse JE officer but he can't help me.

    So I would like to request you please take action on this as soon as possible and change my meter.

      I am paying electricity bill every month of account no [protected], but bill being generated by UPPCL is not correct. As a result I am paying huge bill every month.
      So kindly provide me updated bill for payment by noting from electrical meter installed in my house and also adjust my old bill also.

        We are getting electricty bill without paper bill given by reader . Not able to understand why suddenly reader not taking reading no paper bill coming. We are not aware at what bases bill is coming from last 2 months

          Hi,

          I submitted application ([protected]) for installation of new electricity connection via Jhaptpat connection. I have made all the payments required for installation but the process is stuck at Step 7 since last 17 days. I want to know the status as it shows below message in UPPCL portal. There has been no progress since 23rd Sep, 2021 on this application. The only step remaining is installation of meter from nearest electricity pole. I want to file a complaint and know about the status why it is pending since more than 17 days.

          "Tentative dates for meter installation have been forwarded to UPPCL. You will be notified about the final date of installation when UPPCL will assign it".

            Dear sir/mam,
            The condition of light is very poor in my village.the light comes for only 2-3hours in a day.in this little time even invertor can't be charged.we are also suffer for water due to this irregular light cutting.
            Kindly solve it and provide us a good light facility.

              Dear Sir
              This is to bring in your kind notice that I applied for an electricity connection and paid the security fees on 20/06/2018 vide BOOK no. MVVNL/MEDCO/1086/2014/091300 Receipt no. 50 dated 20/06/2018.
              After that, I tried a lot to get the connection installed and requested the concerned person but failed, ultimately I had to purchase a generator to fulfill my electricity requirement.
              On 16 December 2020, I succeeded to get the meter installed on 16/12/2020.
              After much follow-up when I get the first electricity bill in my hand it was shocking for me to see the amount which was 213809/- Rs. Two Lac Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Nine. (calculated from the date of connection applied).
              Sir, Please revise the bill on the basis o[censored]ses so that I can pay the bill

                  Dear sir/ Madam,
                  my flat is empty from two month, and reading is only 1.
                  got bill 11, 891.03/- of this month. i had word with customer care number he told me that your meter load increased 48 watt.
                  i have only 1 BHK.

                      I m from hardoi district in my village sursa there is heavy power supply cut off during night . And if we call to powerhouse then they answered in very bad way and bad behaviour .some times they abuses to customers . Here from 8 to 1 at night they regular cut the power supply . And it is not only my complaint this is the complaint of hole villager .
                      I request please provide us power supply as fast as it is possible. thank you.

                            There is an SDO in Ghaziabad name Shubham Tyagi who takes bribe under the table and admit to earning around 50000 monthly per month above his salary. He also misuses government perks for personal use and uses the car provided by the company for official use for personal use and also puts fake petrol bills. There are many officers like him in UPPCL like this who are corrupt and creating overburden on uppcl which is already in the loss. Please initiate an open enquiry for Ghaziabad district for strict actions against such cases.

                              महोदय,
                              राज्य सरकार के वादे, 18 घण्टे विद्युत आपूर्ति, के अनुरूप ग्राम कोटवा, प्रयागराज में नियमित 8 घंटे विद्युत आपूर्ति हो रही है।जो कि आम सरकारी योजनाओं की तरह 2 -2 घण्टे की किश्तों में मिल रही है।शायद सरकारी 18 घण्टे, जनता के घड़ी मे 8 घण्टे ही प्रदर्शित होते हों।
                              जितनी बिजली नही आती है, उस से ज्यादा तो कर्मचारी गण कटिया चेक करने आते है।8 घण्टे की बिजली, जिसमे 2- 2 घण्टे की किश्त, उसमें भी 15-15 मिनट का फाल्ट,
                              वाह रे लॉलीपॉप।
                              कुछ तो सुधार कर लीजिए।

                                Its almost 4 hours power outage in sector 22 noida.its now a daily practise that power goes off for atleast an hour and today its. gone for more than 4 hours .tried reaching authorities over phone support no response.people like us working as wfh are effected the most.

                                      Respected Sir/Ma'am This is Anamika maurya from village mudrasan district sitapur... Im here to inform you about some problems of electricity which we are facings from so many days... I dont know the exact reason but may be due to heavy load or poor quality of cables our village's transformet gets destroyed in just 15days it happens each month.. IT is so true that authority provide us transomformer as soon as possible but plz. Sir do a permanent solution because in this covid situation the education is online and electricity is the basic need of it so plz its my humble request to you do a permanent solution by which Transform can work in better way.

                                        Dear team,

                                        The bill for the Sept month has been generated with a meter which has completely stopped (no display), no action has been taken by the concerned people even after repeated complaints about meter replacement.

                                        My bill for last months has been generated by the uppvnl is 4, 53, 000.
                                        This is an act of ignorance and irresponsible behavior by the concerned dept o[censored]ppvnl.

                                        I request the concerned authority to take necessary and quick action against such an act of ignorance, which may have serious repercussions on the a common citizen, may cause a catastrophe in his/her life due to such a high & absurd amount of monthly electricity bill.
