My all formalities regarding new electricity connection are completed fifteen days before but my installation is being delay please install my meter as soon as possible thanks…....

I paid online bill by google pay then my bill is 5972 after pay the bill it show 4528.16 amount outstanding please check and tell me how it possible...

Last month I raised a complaint to change the meter cable but the technician changed the meter itself and this month I have received a bill of 33000.
May I know how the calculation was done because from last 15 years maximum bill I have received is less then 5000 and now suddenly 33000. Also I have cleared the bill till last month.

Their is a power cut from 11:00 am please check the issue...

The pole mentioned is near falling condition and the same will damage the portion of our house falling in front.
The pole was titled when a tree was cut by Nagar Nigam officials near Shargha Park on 14.09.2021 and the UPSEB employees are aware of it since then, because they attended some connections.
The pole no is VCT/ SGP/ DT8/C1-3.
The complaint has also been forwarded through Corporator of the area but no action...

There is power cut in my area since 4pm date 15 Sept 2021. In spite of several complain we got zero response....

High electricity bill as I have a small house in which there are only two fans two lights one fridge One TV and the bill comes up to 1000 to 1200 every month and it comes very high as compared to my neighbourhood...

We have found the incorrect bill of 36000 for our electricity.....

Very low voltage coming from yesterday night due to this we are out of water as well as electricity cause inverter is also not charging in this voltage....

Two mercury lights are not working in the lane, which creates problem during night...

Although, I made complaint that I deposited my electric bill for Rs 7073/- on 10th se 2021 using e banking option on your site www.uppclonline.com, the amount Rs 7073/-was debited from my account but I did not receive message of payment from uppcl. Please solve this issue at an earliest, As the last date of payment is 16th se 2021.
