Hello sir this is complaint from Village and Post -Malaon, (Paswan tola, Near BSNL Tower), PIN -273413, district-Gorakhpur, UP.
On 27 September 2021 a storm with strong winds hit a eucalyptus tree, that tree gets fallen on 11kv wire . Some of your employees came and detached wire from main electric pole . They said to cut tree on the next day.
On next day, one of your main employee of Malaon village said the peoples that it is duty of people to cut down that fallen tree on the 11kv wire. Then only they will join the wire.
Please sir kindly tell that employee that how any non technical person could clear the fallen tree from there.

Connection no. [protected], there is problem of high voltage since yesterday 26th Nov. evening for which number of times complaint made to local bijli ghar at bachcha park ladies park Meerut but of no avail so far.
Request to kindly make immediate arrangements for removing the problem of High Voltage.

The actual reading in my meter on 22/09/2021 was 40890 but I recieved an online bill only upto 40355 reading (91 units only) for Rs 2539. It appears that the bill is issued without taking readings of the meter physically causing a loss to me without no fault of mine. You are therefore requested to instruct the concerned S.D.O. to cancel this bill and issue a new upto 40890 reading so that I may pay that bill in time.

एक बहुत पुराना लोहे का बिजली का खंभा मेरे घर के कोने पर है, लेकिन अब यह खंभा क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है और यह मुड़ा हुआ है, हमने इसे एक पेड़ की शाखा से बांध दिया है, शाखा इसे लंबे समय तक नहीं रख सकती है। और गुजर रहे वाहन टकरा रहे हैं। कई बार गली में विद्युत धारा भी प्रवाहित होती है। बिजली घर में भी कई बार इसकी शिकायत की, लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ। कृपया इसका जल्द से जल्द समाधान करें अन्यथा इस पोल के कारण दुर्घटना हो सकती है

My con. acct.[protected], bill month sep. Rs 439/. Against consumed unit 104 .But my premises/house locked since 25/8/21 to till date. Only El.meter shown reading 0012 kwa till date .
Hence my request please correct my bill
on minimium fixed charge as soon as possible, so I will deposit bill on due date

Sir, i m comlaining about an electricity cable attached with an angle on the wall of my home. Due to the load of the cable there is a crack on the wall of my home and also there is risk of electric current on the walls of my home.
Sir please remove that cable angle from the wall as soon as possible.

Power cut in home for last 19 hours.we are unable to do basis chores and facing problem of water.

Dear sir, i want to complain about the street lights of Sec 3, rajendra nagar sahibabad ghaziabad up . All the street lights of Dr Radhakrishnan marg and Kasturba gandhi marg are not working since many months. Because of this, people living in around are facing problems. Therefore i request you to take necessary steps as soon as possible to make street lights functional. Anticipating immediate action please.

I paid my electricity bill from my uppcl electricity account [protected] online on 23/09/2019 and the balance is deducted from my bank bank of baroda account and the transaction i'd[protected] and after paying the bill the page was not displayed shows and the recipt is not generated. So i request you kindly solve my problem and generate my electricity bill recipt

With reference to my above account no, kindly note that I have received a message from UPPCL stating that my electricity outstanding bill is Rs. 69652/-. In this regard, kindly note that my flat is locked for more than 2.5 years, hence this outstanding bill amount is not possible. Therefore, I request you to kindly furnish the calculation (working/break-up) of the outstanding bill.

Your early action in this regard would be highly appreciated.

My electricity bills are automatically increased without any reason . The bill is not matched with the meter, the official makes the bill from the system and is totally based on the assumption, due to which we suffered so many times . It gives us the mentally as well financially pressure.

I am complaining about the unnecessary power cut for more 7 hours daily at any time. They cut the supply at any time without any default. I complained about this issue but they blocked my no.and didn't provided me the reason. My area is Malwan khurd Ishipur jhunsi, it has been declared as urban area but still they provide supply as rural area or even worse than that.

Please it's a request solve my problem
