            1.5 months back a new electricity metre was installed in my electricity board and from that time its running very fast and due to that my electricity bill is coming very high. I am using only 4 fans in my home and yet i am getting a bill of Rs 2400 per month

                Electricity department team visited my home on 03/08/2021. There was a due of around 10, 000 rupees, I was ready to submit the dues but they were in no mood to listen me. In fact no prior notice was served to me. Meter reader has not visited my home for almost a year. I asked them that why has meter reader not visited my home and homes of other people for last one year. They didn't have any answer. Not only this they also served me notice which was initially signed by line men only. The connection is in name of my mother who was vaccinating corono vaccine as a part of her duty. Since Corona vaccination is a national program it was not possible for my mother to be present there immediately to receive the notice of electricity department. After that junior engineer asked me not to submit the bill by one more day. After that, electricity team left my place, after that when I checked the status of my bill online, it showed it to me that your connection is in disconnecting process. Inspite of the fact that meter reader didn't visit my place for a year and I was ready to pay the bill and my mother who was busy in Corona vaccination program and no prior notice was served to the account holder, why did junior engineer started this process of disconnection. Here I am raising question on the malafide Intentions of the junior engineer. Few months ago, My father applied for a commercial connection, one personnel in electricity department asked him to pay more money than what was govt. Fee, since then electricity department is having hostile attitude towards my family members. It is my humble request to you to resolve my concerns. Along with this I humbly request you to look into corruption issues and should accordingly inform anti corruption vigilance department, income tax, economic corruption wing etc to initiate a probe into issues of corruption, disproportionate income and assets of the responsible officials in order to establish and maintain the corruption free atmosphere.

                    The current bill is showing 995 while it's showing 2995 while I am going to pay.
                    I fully submitted the last bill 953 INR on 5 June 2021.

                      Sub : Complaint for High Bill Raised

                      Our home town is Allahabad and we have a flat in Sohabatiyabagh, Prayagraj and currently residing in Hyderabad (Telangana) because of personal reasons. We visit Prayagraj once a year and because of pandemic the last time we visited was in Nov. 2019, we are senior citizens and it's not possible for us to visit right now.

                      Recently, we were shocked after getting a message on mobile to pay a bill of Rs.152707.68 (even on online portal), for Jun 2021. There is surely some error, we are not even staying in the flat, no electrical appliance is running such as TV, Fridge, AC, fan. Till may, 2021 we paid whatever minimum amount that needs to be paid through online mode. The bill amount is absurd this time around.

                      We have already registered an ‘on line complaint’ No.[protected] dt.04July2021, but we have not received any response. We have always paid our bill on time regularly, and we don't understand the reason behind this absurd bill amount.

                      I and my husband both are old and have health issues so in this pandemic we can’t come over there to resolve it personally. Therefore, it is requested, in view of the above facts and situation kindly consider our case sympathetically, look into the matter, arrange to resolve the issue so that we can pay the bill on regular basis.

                        This is to bring in to your kind knowledge that I am facing an acute voltage fluctuation at my home ‘K. E – 7, Kavinagar’ (A/c ID - [protected]) from the past few days. The incoming voltage is 170 -180 volts which dips to 120 – 130 volts and this happens/ occurs mostly at the night. Two of my appliances got damaged due to the same. You are requested to take appropriate steps to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

                          Hi,
                          I was submitting the bill of Rs 1950/- for the account number[protected] through G-Pay.
                          But after processing for 5-6 minutes transaction failed, the money debited from my bank account not reversed after failed transaction why?
                          It is showing to pay the bill again, still the debited amount is not refunded yet.
                          The bill number is 13352
                          [protected].
                          How much time will it take to reverse the amount to my bank account?

                          Please solve this problem ASAP.

                          I pay bill through Gpay but the transaction was failed, then i contact customer care of Gpay, Uppcl, and my bank the tell me the deducted amount will reverse to the bank within 5-7 working days. Now on 5th day's evening amount has been refunded. Thanks Gpay, Uppcl and Citibank for your valuable co-operation.

                                To whom so ever it may concern,

                                I have paid the electricity bill still I am getting a msg that "your billing has been put on hold. Sorry for the inconvenience it will be corrected soon". It has been more than 6 months still I get the same msg when I try to log in to the uppcl.online website.

                                Please let me know if I am required to do something from my side or any other info is required.

                                    Hi All,

                                    This is in regards to raise a concern for not properly updating the meter reading while generating the bill. Hence, false meter bill reading is been recorded and based on that, new bill is generated.

                                    I came to know that the meter reading guy is purposely doing so and generating false bill repeatedly saying the meter is faulty.
                                    When I reached the UPPCL office and talked to higher authorities, they came and checked and told that the meter is working fine and have no issues. My meter is in idf for past 6 months and I've paid the bill for the same. Now again I checked the bill for this month and the same issue is there.
                                    They also cut down the electricity after 2-3 days generating the previous bill when no one is at the home.

                                    I faced a lot problems with this. Kindly advice how to proceed.
                                    Please let me know for any paperwork required or any bill needed.

                                      I have recharged 2500/- on 30/7/2021 and today my meter shows( -1015) and my flat supply is discontinued and even after many times call on toll free no. response of representatives is very poor..they told that you have low balance of -5000 ...how it could be happen even when we are recharging regularly..and if there is any fault from mvvnl side so we have to spend whole night without electricity..no one is listening to our problem..1912 told that it's not our problem, talk to your area executive engineer..but executive engineer is not picking up the phone..

                                        I am from a small village named Ramkola Barwan Sidhave Barwan in Kushinagar district o[censored]ttar Pradesh, this is a problem of electricity, there is no electricity at the time of need, Kishan is only giving electricity money to the family. Electricity department is not even ashamed to send bills, but they do not see how they are giving electricity.The only request of our village is that electricity should be given so that we do not feel that our money is wasted.
