Respected sir/Madam,

Please have a look in this matter that due to electricity issue (power supply), I have called to UPPCL helpdesk on [protected] at 3:20 Am (26th july) they had noted my complaint after that I have spoken with
your SSO Shiv Kumar, conference call with Customer care, he misbehaved with me and, asking that "why the hell you have called me in midnight",
please look into this matter, I will highlight the same on twitter also, for your reference you can take call recording also
from customer care, please take action against him and let us know,

Such behavior is not expected from any govt employee if we are asking for any support, please look into this,

Your earliest response will be appreciated.

    Dear sir, I am a resident of moradabad and i live in indra awas samiti near sai hospital. I complaint about light fluctuations nearly 8 days ago. JE mahendra came to my house and he was drunk and came with a team who asked a bottle of liquor which I provided as they were not ready to solve the issue but the problem was not resolved, so I contacted XEN sir, to whom I sent all the recordings and videos of culprits last night. So I complaint today and the JE and team came again and fixed the issue but after resolution he was very abussive and said entirely wrong things to seniors abt me along with the team.. I have video recordings and call recordings of the issue which I can share if you permit

      I ATUL Tripathi RESIDENCE OF Vil DIGARA DIST JHANSI thana BADAGAON According to my knowledge electric connection is not permitted when a pole and house distance more than 200 Mtr but today near my house get a electricity connection from uppcl department whose house and pole distance is more than 600 mtr and from where the connection is provided is my personal DP for which I have paid 3 Lakh last year how is it possible someone is involve in this of your department how JE of this region has allowed this connection and he has given many connection to people living near without my permission and without visit or he has has take a gift from such persons

I missed my payment date and my electricity is cut. Our house was in financial ordeal due to 2 covid 19 patients from our house.                   Myself vinay mishra, village name - rampur garauli, alapur, district - pratapgarh 229408.
                  At the end of every month We are paying electricity bill in which basic charges( which is mandatory) + charges based on electricity consumption. But in every month in my localty due to some fault which is unknown to us electricity will not come which is very common thing. Out of 30 days 10 to 14 days we are just hoping that it will come. And anyhow when it comes voltage is not proper that time so that day also we can't run our appliances.

                  Why we are paying basic charges every month but electricity is not available for full complete month then why we are paying this, this is not right, you must take some corrective action. If distribution grid is not enough or overloaded then try to install some new.

                    Dear sir,
                    In Kali Bari area, street opp. to Bareilly college Bareilly, there is an electricity fault and all the 3 faces are not working from 2-3 days. All the people living in that area are facing problems and you can understand that it is not possible to live without electricity in this summer. It is our humble request to you that please take the necessary action in this regard and help us to come out of this problem.

                        Dear sir I have paid my payment for new connaction June 29 th 2021 . But problem is I didn't receive any mitter Or any lineup to my new connection. I have called to Junior engeniar (J.E) Mr. Puspander Yadav but no posative response. Please resolve my problem early I am faceing to meny type of problem by your department.                           विषय:- ग्राम सभा चिलौड़ा में भारतीया या पसियान बस्ती में एक साल से खराब हुए 25 KB ट्रांसफॉर्मा को बदलकर नया लगवाने के सम्बन्ध में,
                          महोदय,
                          निवेदन के साथ सूचित करना पड़ रहा है कि ग्राम सभा चिलौड़ा में भारतीया या पसियान बस्ती में 25 KB का ट्रांसफार्मा लगा था, किन्तु आज लगभग एक साल से ख़राब है उसको बनवाने के लिए SDO और जJE से कई बार शिकायत किया गया थी किन्तु आज तक उसका समाधान नहीं किया है जब भी गांव के लोग शिकायत लेकर जाते है तो बोलते है की जल्द समाधान किया जायेगा, ग्राम सभा के लोग थक हार कर आपसे शिकायत करने पर मजबूर हुए है
                          अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि 25 KB के ट्रांसफॉर्मा को जल्द से जल्द बनवाने या नया लगवाने के लिए बिजली विभाग को निर्देशित करे, इसके लिए ग्राम सभा आपका सदा आभारी रहेगा

                                  In my colony people are using free electricity through putting wires from street light and using AC by that I have complaint about this in power house soo many times but people who are working in power house they are taking money from that person's that's why they are not doing anything.
                                  Two house in my colony they are doing this fraud and their name are Mr.Rakhesh Gupta and Mr.Kanti Gupta.
                                  And because of this so many times a fire breaks out on the pole, the current starts coming in whole colony.
                                  This is my humble request please do listen to my request

                                    National Institute Of Fashion Technology is government organisation.We have taken 1500 KVA Connection at Raebareli.But since last two or three months we are facing power failure due to faulty CTBT.No one is care to change the CTBT.Since the evening of 20.07.2021 i am trying to contact with the executive engineer, Super market Raebareli but no mobile have been taken.I have submitted my request through whatsup but no response come.Till 11AM the condition remains same.
