This is a prolonged complaint, in our area when the rain comes, our neutral phase has current due to which some lights always remain on in spite of switch off. Please get it checked and rectify.

We are facing electricity failure in every 5 days. When we are trying to call LineMan of our area but his No. Regularly Switch off.
No one Help us. Please look into this.
We are facing very difficulties during Summer, without electricity how can we survive.

sir...i am a medical student...i am facing the problem of power supply...which causes a lot of problem in our studies, electricity is available for about 6 hours in 24 hours that too Will turn off the supply for 2 hours! Then the light will be on for 1 hour! and my block
People of Khuniao are also facing this problem...! The power operator's phone is always switched off... if J.E. And call SDO, to know the problem, both people cut the phone and block the number... Both people do a lot of arbitrariness.
is. And both these people misbehave and abuse us students! The two people do not have the guts to talk.

Power operator ko contact nahi skte hain phone off rahta hai ...J.E. aur SDO sahab phone kat karke nmber block kr dete hain...

I would like to inform you that I am resident of Etawah District at Vikas Coloney, Pakka Bagh, behind Guru Nanak Cold Storage Pakka Bagh Etawah,
I would like to bring in your notice about the Wrong Placement of electric Pole in front of my plot at Vikas Coloney, Pakka Bagh, behind Guru Nanak Cold Storage Pakka Bagh Etawah by the electricity department without any permission or informing us.

So I request you pls take a action against the person who placed the pole without our permission in front of my plot and remove this pole on immediately basis and place it any other place.

Dear Sir/Madam,

You must be aware about the weather of Ghaziabad. It is close to 45% everyday and we are not being provided the electricity supply regularly. If it is there than voltage of electricity is not going beyond 100 watt by which public even can not use thier ceiling fans. Everyone is arranging water from neighbors for their daily use as there is no voltage thus they can not fill their own tank.
This is the condition o[censored]PPCL substation called “Rampark ext” in loni, Ghaziabad. Starting from JE SDO nobody picked up the phone. We are complaining daily on 1912 but nothing is getting improved. We feel very shame that we are living in this area.

Last month bill is paid but then also arrear is added to the bill.

Hi Team,
I am Pawan Kumar Prajapati from Orai district Jalaun UP. I have applied for new electricity connection at Dakishanchal Vidyut Vitran nigam Limited Orai.
recently I buy new house in orai city and the house owner gave one PD to us. we applied new connection based on that PD & other mandatory document.
When i enquiry about our connection status, they said.. not able to validate the PD hence i am not getting any concrete response from them.
weather that PD is wrong/right. what is the status of existing connection... every enquiry they area asking money.. i never ever see such
corrupted office in my life.

I would request you to please help me out to get my existing/account account status.

Hi sir, from continuous five days crossed when voltage gets dropped in midnight anytime after 00:00am frequently, due to which fans, fridge etc, we have to switched off so as to prevent from any damage cause due to low volatge rating. This scene repeats at every 10-15mins in whole night due to which we fails to get proper sleep and milk etc, which are placed in fridge gets spoiled. Request to pls take necessary action so that users atleast takes sound sleep in night hours. We are residing in Gyan Khand -1, Indirapuram. Looking forward for quick resolution asap. Bills we are getting more than 3k per month against such power every month, it is highly unjustified

Sir we are facing problem of power cut

from yesterday their is no light and at these tough times of heavy summer sir please take action against the supplier of this area

Nivedan es prakar h k, Humare mohalle Alinagar Sunehra, HP Gas Godam k pichhe (Choti Nahar). mein Low voltage ki bahut gambhir samshya h. Voltage itna low ho jata h k fan bahut hi slow chalta h. aur kabhi kabhi LED bulb tak jalna bund kar deti h. Light k wajah se paani ki ghambhir dikkat ho gyi h. Peene tak k liye paani nhi h nahana to duur ki baat. Es waqt single phase line h aur Power house nadar ganj mein kai baar complain ki gayi pichhle 4-5 saalo se but aaj tak kuch nhi hua. Last year bhi application di gayi thi JE Sir ko ki 13 poles mein Three phase line di jaaye. Humare area k aage pichhe, aur left side mein three phase line h, sirf humare area jo mujhe lagta h light k wajah se sabse gaya guzra h. Na to koi sunwayi ho rahi h na hi kuch proper reply.
Kripya humare yanha bhi three phase line jald se jald dalwayi jaaye, kyunki ab intzaar karte thak gye h.

Our electricity meter is not giving proper reading due to Bill is geting too much expensive, kindly help the needful....

We, the following consumers of electricity belonging to the area Suncity Para Lucknow, beg to inform you that there is frequent failure of electricity for hours together in our locality. We have been complaining it since a year but there is no result. It fails regularly in the evening hour. If at all it is supplied late at night, low voltage does not permit our fans to operate. It puts us into great difficulties.

We, therefore, request you to kindly take early steps to check this problem. We shall be grateful to you for such help.

Dear I Requsted to you please do a legal action on this comlaint at 2/7/2021 your line man from singar nagar alambagh power house Mr Rashid made a wrong connection after that due to high voltage my tv, setup box, tube light, aquagaurd and some more equipments are disable I complaint of this to JE Mr Angad Dixit But he also Misbehave me So I requested to you do a legal action all of this

Transformer stopped working four days ago . There is no light in village Dubauli Maskanwa from last four days.

Pls get the faulty transformer replaced.

Our area people face daily problems of electricity
Electricity never come on time 12-14 hours electricity supply only in our area, light come 12 am at night on daily basis. Lots of people doing suffer this problem on daily.
May I know that why light problem resolved after 12 am on daily basis.
Because they are stolen the light and sell to companies in black.
