Dear sir, there is problem of low voltage electricity supply cause home appliances not work properly. In night due to this fan not going on speed. I think reason for that is over loading. Many people in the colony use air conditioner without load sanction as per requirements. Some of these has more than one equipment so that transformer with low capacity unable to work good. Please provide better capacity transformer to resolve the problem. Thanks in advance. In hope for better solution.

    Sir i am a consumer o[censored]PPCL kashi station Varanasi . There is error in my electricity bill in dec 2020 and I complained for it and after my complain i regularly visited the electricity office for bill correction but the officials are giving me some excuses every time and finally when i got tired of this and decided to pay appropriately 80% of my erroneous bill and still visiting regularly for revision/correction of my bill but till the date it is 6 month approximately from written complaint no action is taken by UPPCL. Please take this on record and take action so that my problem can be solved.

        Our transformer is burned due to this rainy season. Here are no facilities of electricity since 22.06.2021 We are facing a lot of problems. Please replace transformer to sort our problem.

            Sir maine 2018 main meter lagvaya tha.. Sir yeh meter 1month chala tha phir meter kharab ho gya.. Sir phir humne power house main complaint ki.. Unhone hum se bola ki 900 ₹ do.. To sir humne unke pass 500₹ jama krva diye.. Lekin sir unhone thik nhi kiya.. Sir aaj hamare meter ko kharab hue 3saal ho chuke h. Jab se na meter chala na humne kisi prakaar se bijli li.. Sir hum ganb se chandigarh chale gye the... Jab hum bapas aaye h to sab log bol rhe h ki apko bahut paise bharne padenge.. Sir mere papa nhi h... Hum bahut muskill main h.. Sir meri help krdo...

              Sir,
              I have a electric connection with Account No. [protected] named Mohd Firdaus.
              My net meter was installed on 8 January 2020, replacing the old meter due to the 3kw solar system installed. and all dues are clear on that time. After installing a new net meter, no correct bill is generated to till date with meter reading. All bills are always in RDF/ADF mode. Several times I complained to 1912 and in writing to power house B R Ambedkar university, Raebareli Road, Lucknow and met with SDO but Bill is still in RDF mode since January 2020.
              In this period no fist bill issued with correct reading, solar system company (Zunroof) deny the filing its both subsidy (State and Central subsidy) when the solar system was installed on August 2019 and works from January 2020.
              So, I have lost my both subsidy approx Rs. 90, 000.00(30000 + 60000).
              After several complaints to SDO, Uthratiya, Lucknow U.P., he cancelled all previous bills and make revised bill was generated on Feb 2021 from June 2019 for 20 months with the load 5.54 kw without correct meter reading and fine of 20 months for exceeding load. when the previous bills from June 2019 to Dec 2019 are all paid and mentioned all load (no single bill shows the load 5.54 kw).
              I am very upset to about this matter.

                I use to pay my bill regularly and in feb 2021 they send me ₹10216/ bill I went to there office and they said your meter was not the system now it’s on the system and bill generated. And they revised my bill to ₹6355 but before that 10216 was paid. And they said next month you come and we will correct it but till now they have not corrected and regularly send the bill and in June they cut my power supply and they took ₹10052/ bad connected. My total payment is more that 25000/ and meter reading is nearly 2400 unit. Please help me so I can get returned my money back.
                I am away from India Right now.

                  New Electricity Connection (Jhatpat Connection)

                  Hi Team,

                  My request for new connection request ([protected]) has been rejected at STEP 3 with reason "Connection Feasibility Status" as "NOT OK". Remark comment says "Address Not Match".

                  This notification of the rejection comes even before the scheduled date for inspection which is 06/26/2021. No officer or JE contacted to me related to the inspection.

                  Please process my request for new connection...

                  My name is Bipen kumar saxena nd my account number is [protected].I want to inform you that I have deposited my bill in 24 march and from 24 march to 30 june my bill amount is 56719 your members came and without taking reading or checking they have declared this much amount now how is it possible without taking reading they have declared such a big amount with low consumption of electricity
                  So I request you to kindly send some members to check our electricity meter and give our bill accordingly. Not by just assuming.
                  Monthly meter checker should come and take reading and then give the correct bill.. This is so disappointing that they already came with this assuming amount without even taking taking reading atleast have some humanities how is it possible this much amount when we are using only some tube lights or fans not ac n ol

                      As per the subject cited above i want to urge that it has been more than one month that the power supply of the verma chauraha feeder of fatehpur UP is not functioning well and either the volate is down all the time or no electricity for more than 6 Hrs in a day.
                      I have been complaint the authority but they dont heed on this so kindly do some needful to take care of this issue asap so that in the time like this hottest summer we get some soothness.

                              We are making constant complaints but getting no support from UPPCL.

                              Our Total billed unit from the date meter installed to today's date is approximately 5000 which @ ₹5.5 unit rate would amount to ₹27500 out of which we have already paid ₹ 20506(payment receipt attached) so our bill should be ₹7006.

                              But UPPCL billing department is sending us a bill of ₹32276 which is totally wrong and Unacceptable.
                              Please take necessary actions as soon as possible.
                              We hope you understand our concern.
