Electric Pole of our society is not working from past one month

Electric poles Possibility of falling of on houses in storm
electric poles stand without wires
Electricity cables are tied to trees
very high chance of accident.....

Meter reader has not taken reading, still bill given of 300 units of my shop for 30 days where due to lockdown shop is closed and reading is Zero since last paid bill.

Bill for UPPCL-Urban Consumer No [protected] Amount Rs. 3868.

Now after requesting at office still they are not correcting the bill....

Before 15 days very hight light cut in night. Pls help..

It is about to fall because this is a very old pole. Bill amount is too high on june month
Every month I received only 1500 maximum bill but why this month bill is too high.
I had cleared all my past due. Then what is the reason of too high bill amount....

Bill raised on 30.5.21 without reading for Rs 1287/= for ZERO UNITS AND FIXED CHARGES RS 550/.( IN STEAD OF 412.50).
Again on 10.6.2021, bill raised for 406 units for Rs 3273/-
Thus for the period of 50 days, two bills raised. Consumer is harassed to pay higher rate of Rs 7 per unit for above 300 units during this CORONA PANDEMIC .
Being customer, I am unable to pay irregular, unjustified and illegal bill of high value....

Connection NO. [protected] Moadabad, electricity deptt raised bill on 30.5.21 without deputing METRE READER. For Zero reading, electricity charges Rs 737 raised and Fixed charges Rs 550 ( in place of 412.50) Total 1287/=
Again on 1..06.2021, bill raised for 406 units for Rs 3273/=
Electricity deptt searched " AAPDA ME AVSAR " and befooled the consumer by charging higher rate of electricity @ Rs 7/ per unit for over 300 units...

Dear Sir,
Since last night around 2 am when the current was restored in the area, the same problem of current in neutral phase is coming. Please get it corrected.
This is the second time I am complaining for the same problem. Please guide....

As usual today also no light here in gyan khand I, indirapuram from 2:00am and now it's 4:45 am.still no power. I don't know what the he'll issue with electricity bord. It seems it's selling domestic power to industries and wants to make people mad due to their greedings....

Meter reader is not taking the correct reading. nor he is issuing the bill. he wants us to pay some money for taking a reading. otherwise he do not deliver the bill.

Yaha pr last 2year s kisi ko bi new connection nahi de rahe h. 80 s 100 ghar h jin ko new connection nahi mil raha h.
Bijli vibhag wale kabi tho transformer over flow bataate h, kabi bolte 8lakh rupye jama karo sab mil kar tab tumhari colony m naya transformer lagega aur kabi kahte h hamare pass jagh nahi transformer rakhne ki.

We are staying in gyan khand 1 area in indirapuram, , gaziabad .from last 15 days, there are endless power cuts day and night due to which it's very difficult to survive here in absence o[censored]ps or inverter which is not possible to have for everyone. At night light cut happens at 11 pm, 12:00am, 3 am then 4 am and now from 4:30 am again no light till now. How a person can work if keep awake in whole night in such hot conditions now a day.
