Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] Complaints & Reviews

My meter light to fast and meter working after main switch off, Due to which my bill is coming more, please get this meter replaced and my bill reading should be corrected.

ASAP.

UPPCL service is very bad in mohalla Rampura Pilkhuwa Hapur UP. Rampura is not village and UPPCL add this in village. If any fault in line then he provide service next day. If I will call to power office then he can not give actual answer.
Without electricity we can not go to office. Water problem mobile charging problems but UPPCL officers not any act on this

There is much cut in electricity.
Due to the high temperature we can't able to servive.. please check it and provide the proper electricity to the villagers also atleast in the summer season so we can use the fan to prevent us from hot climate.

I paid the amount of Rs 876 for bill no[protected] on 09/04/2021 using net banking through https://uppcl.mpower.in/wss/QuickBillPay.htm website. The amount was deducted from the bank account but not updated in the bill I received this month. the transaction number is from bank[protected]/up power c/pvvnl_vici98926

I received SMS & bill of Rs.32922.56 for my flat which is closed in the lockdown and no body is staying there. The house is empty from last 6 months. I am very surprised to see the bill for the month May.

The power supply is too low to use anything.
So please take action against this problem.

It's very much disappointing that in dadri we are not getting the electricity supply for more than 5-6hours per day from past many days, even our complaints is being ignored and they behave rudely, I request the respected authorities to take strict and permanent action as soon as possible.

There is pole infront of my house which is tilt towards my house and may fall anytime.
This is very dangerous as there are multiple open wires are there.

Please look over this issue and shift this pole or any other alternative so that my house could be save from any misfortune in future.

Power Supply in Village Rangila Nagar, Lakhimpur Kheri 262701 is very less as only 5 Hrs. per day and when we tried to reach powerhouse Bednapur they always say roaster is going on hence they can not resume power supply hours can not do anything.

We hare never getting Power when needed.

Please investigate and fix the issue as soon as possible.

Have made payment on[protected] against Electricity Bill No[protected] using website https://www.uppclonline.com through ICICI Internet Banking (Trans ID :[protected]. However, the money got deducted from Bank but no message received from UPPCL & receipt also cannot be downloaded from UPPCL website.

Power supply is not available from 10:00pm at Himalya enclave, khora colony, Ghaziabad.
Helpline number is also not providing information regarding same.

At least kindly inform me that till what time the power supply will resume in our area.

Sir, on 4 april 2021, without even reading the meter physically the bill has been calculated and uploaded online. The reading on march 08 was 948 units and then on 4 april it was around 1050 units which they took as 7756 units. And bill has been generated of 22145 Rs which was supposed to be around 500-600 Rs because i am regular payee of bill and every month it comes around 500 Rs. So i complaint online and offline as well many times. But after complaining they dont listen to me and they again calculated bill without reading meter as follows:

however the correct reading has been taken on 10/05/2021 physically which is 1133.33 units.

So i request you that meter reading should be taken physically (around 1133.33 units is current meter reading) and then generate bill from 08 march 2021 to may 2021 i.e. till now and cancel all the bills from 08/03/2021 to till now.

meter reading on 08/03/2021 is 948
current reading i.e. 10 may 2021 is 1033.33
so bill shoud be generated on 85 units only.
