In my april bill 2127 unit billed for 20 days only from 20 March to 10 April bill .
While my last six month average unit consumption between 200 to 250 unit per month. So this is only meter defect. Please look in to this at the earliest.

For my connection no[protected] till Feb 21 electric bills were adjusted against excess payments but the bills for March&April21 are not generated and adjusted against remaining balance of excess payment. The bills are kept on hold with direction to attend local SDO.
During this covid time it is not possible to go to local SDO for corrections for me, sr. Citizen . uppcl Lucknow may look into it and generate the bills & adjust against...

Usually my bills comes near to 100 unit but this month actual consumption is 89 unit while raised of 2315 unit. If you see attached bill & meter reading will find that Previous month Reading was 2656 (as per bill) and this month it is 2745 (Cam Image). so why UPPCL person taken reading of 4971 (As per Bill).
And this is 2nd time in last 1year that i have been compelled...

i have complaint regarding my wrong electricity bill over "jansunwayi App" but there is no response came from their side and no robust solution they gave till now of this issue, in fact before fixing this issue, they put fine over my existing bill which is not satisfactory result which i got from this department and my town's JE at all. They are good...

UPPCL smart meters are faulty and are generating inflated bills. Units are three to four times more of what is actually used. They have generated bills worth of lakhs. UP state govt please help and reduce the burden which UPPCL is giving to common citizens....

With due respect, since last two months we are getting electricity bill without reading in our absence. We have complained regarding this many time . We all lives in bareilly as father is posted there and submit our all electricity bill through online mode.

But during our absence we get electricity bill every month. Kindly help us and resolve this issue....
