I filed a complaint with reference no. MRI-168796 dated- 16/03/2021 and signed the complaint by the JE of my area. The next day, I submit the application in the SDO Office. As per said by an officer there, my application had been sent to the lab by ref. No. 705 on dated 17/03/2021. Since then I visit the ammeter and SDO office many times regarding my complaint but no further action was taken. Everyone on the office keep saying that we will resolve the issue in 2-3 days.
There was a person named Rajesh, who is responsible for meter change but he keep saying that he didn't get the approval and when i contact to the lab for approval they ask me for the copy of complaint and when i send that to him, he was not picking my call or replying my messages anymore.

Kindly take my complaint on priority basis and resolve the issue as soon as possible

      I had paid my electricity bill from google pay on 9-5-2021 but still it is not reflected in uppcl account and in google pay payment status is processed and dispute from bharat pay dispute id -BD[protected] and bill no[protected] and amount is 2849 please resolve dispute soon and pay my bill

        I was asked to pay bill amount of rs16, 000.00 out of total amount of Rs.31, 622.00 on 18/11/2020 of my residential connection no: [protected] whereas my average monthly bill for may 2020...1045 units, June.2020..778 units, July 2020...1120 units, Aug 2020...769 units, Sep 2020...853 units, Oct 2020...1013 units
        I used to deposit electricity bills on line as i am an old person with artheritis in both the knees, but for the last few months i have not received any bill for my above connection. I am told that the office has put a hold on my bills so i am not able to receive any bills.
        Kindly arrnage to do the needful so as to enable me to pay my bills on line.

          Respected Sir/Ma'am
          My Account No. is[protected]. I regularly pay my electricity bill on time. My Monthly bill comes to around Rs 500-600 approx. but in May 2021 bill is showing huge amount i.e Rs 35628. My last paid bill is in December 2020 of Rs 2450. This is impossible. How can such a huge amount can be recorded.
          I request to the authority to kindly acknowledge this problem and solve this as soon as possible.

                  In last month i.e. April our electricity bill is of Rs. 998 and we had paid that in due time. But in this month our electricity bill increases randomly and amount becomes Rs. 2356. And we didn't exceed our consumption for eg: start using coolers or any other electrical appliances, which makes our electricity bill more than double. So, please check how could our electricity bill increases randomly. Your regards will be highly solicited.

                          The condition of light in our area is very very bad only 2 to 3 hours light comes in a day and when we complain so in light house so they say that we don't know and also there is no response from UPPCL.
