    Dear sir i am a retired and physically handicapped person. Earlier our village's connection was rural so we pay our rural bill to chandauli. now our village's connection is cut down from rural substation and connected to urban substation i.e. chandauli to chandhasi. Now the problem is that our account has not been transferred and both rural and urban bill are showing from more than 6 months therefor we all are confused that where should we pay our bill. so we request you to resolve this problem so we can pay our bill.

          My consumer account no.[protected] registered on the name of Deep Charan Singh. Some of the electricity agent has come to my home and no one was there and without any knowledge or informatiom they have disconnected my consumer id & when i compalined than none of them is listening my complaint. I just try to pay my dues amount through going offer of govt bijlii maafi yojana 2021, and when i login to my id, total due amount shown me 19980 . And it's shown there will be 2700 approx surcharge wavier . Here i was given option to pay first OTS registration of amount ₹4400 approx and when i opened the payment amount page, it was shown OTS registration amount of ₹6709 which was anonymously increased .after paying this amount i just again gone to see my rest due then i found the rest amount again it was increased from ₹10, 000 to 15, 250 amount. Is this how govt and there employee make laughable to people and that's the reasons why today none of the people believe on the govt. & there any scheme. In the name of scheme they all just harassed to common people on any type of by doing disconnection or just by hiking the electricity bill without any correctness and this all burden just come on us common people. Atlast i just want my consumer id should be reconnect and the ots amount or due amount, both should be corrected as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir - This is regarding my UPPCL Complaint # [protected] dated 6th Feb 2021 regarding wrong bill and Complaint #[protected] Dated 19th Feb regarding the follow-up on the previous complaint. No Action has been taken till now and UPPCL is keep sending the wrong bills. I also personally submitted a written complaint at SDO office and they assured that it will be resolved within 15 days. but till date neither the bill is corrected neither they tried to contact me on my digital complaints

                        Hello,

                        I have applied for New Electricity Connection (Jhatpat Connection) and paid the fees of Rs. 118.0 through BHIM App, the app is showing paid and the amount is deducted from my bank account but on UPPCL website it's not reflecting.
                        I am also contacted with bank and they said that both payment was successful.

                        I am also attaching the document payment status. Without that I am not able to proceed to next step.

                        Please resolve this query ASAP.

                          I am chotee my age is 70 year old my husband age 76 yaer old. 2times I have submit application for new connection but JE manish jain both times my application rejected with two different remarks I don't understand how it is possible that same application how can rejected by two different remark. .
                          From 4 months we are leaving without electricity that's not right. This is our Human rights violation by JE manish jain.. I have already informed to JE manish jain, SDO vijay kirti, excian yudhvinder singh, complain no 1912..all this offers know about my problem but till now my problem not solve..

Because I have already a exam of dsssb typing date on the same date(15/03/2021) and even in same shift of afternoon in delhi Which admit card already had been downloaded on 16/02/2021 ...sir please help me and provide some other date because I am preparing for this exam(Uppcl ARO) from the bottom of my heart and because o[censored]nemployment and poor family background I can't skip my skill test in dsssb on 15/03/2021.                                 Dear Sir,
                                I would like to inform you that our meter reading is taken for 1 year and in between we have paid our regular bill as sent by SMS and suddenly from 24th JAN 2021 showing Rs.44066/- We were shocked, even we met SDO still our problem did not solved and we have to pay full bill amount as electricity was cut down due to non-payment of bill and we are senior citizen it was difficult to earn money and SDO told us to pay full amount whatever the bill and it was hassarement for us as we visited for last 5 days.
                                Please check and solved my problem as soon as possible so we can get our money refunded or give us proper written reason why there was so much bill suddenly we have and we are giving our last 12 months bill paid.

                                    At step 3, the payment was shown as successful

                                    At step 4 application was rejected as the load was incorrect but the processing fee was not refunded in the account.
                                    It has been more than a month and still there is no refund of money (around 11thousand) in my account
