I m Nisha Sharma. I live in D-213 Radha Vintage Goverdhan Road Mathura. In my area there is a very big problem of power cuts specially in summer season or when the weather is not good. They don't give electricity sometimes for 58 hours also. We have to suffer a lot in every summer because of this. In other areas of Mathura there is not so much problem of power cut like we are facing. Kindly resolve this issue as fast as possible so that we don't have to face this problem again.

I have 1kw domestic electricity connection but in one month, bill comes 4500rs..what should I do.

Sir mere metre ki reading Sahi nahin her main 4000 kabhi 5000 de raha hai bill March mein Diya tha 120 rupaye April mein Diya hua hai 4000 rupaye

Sir last three days we are getting electricity fluctuations in my village.please solve this type of issues by sub-station.

Usually my bills comes near to 100 unit but this month actual consumption is 89 unit while raised of 2315 unit. If you see attached bill & meter reading will find that Previous month Reading was 2656 (as per bill) and this month it is 2745 (Cam Image). so why UPPCL person taken reading of 4971 (As per Bill).
And this is 2nd time in last 1year that i have been compelled to raise complaint against UPPCL for fake readings.

So, its a request to correct it ASAP, else local lineman will disconnect my connection.
However i tried to reach UPPCL thru their web complaint system but it is also been stopped or may be glitch created to make problem with customers?

i have complaint regarding my wrong electricity bill over "jansunwayi App" but there is no response came from their side and no robust solution they gave till now of this issue, in fact before fixing this issue, they put fine over my existing bill which is not satisfactory result which i got from this department and my town's JE at all. They are good for nothing, No action is taken against such corrupt woriking culture and responsible officer. No one is taking it seriously, PLs check this issue as soon as possible or tell us that UP can't develop, we'll not do complaint again for such corrupt system. This department need to be privatize as MODI govt. doing well because the respective person don't come and check for meter reading even they never do inspections in their respective areas. If there is any honest Officer exist or reading my this msgs, PLS get the complete details from respective department n do auditing of it.

UPPCL smart meters are faulty and are generating inflated bills. Units are three to four times more of what is actually used. They have generated bills worth of lakhs. UP state govt please help and reduce the burden which UPPCL is giving to common citizens.

This is rashmi and would like to like to inform you that there is no electricity hair in jhusi Munshi Purwa from the morning 4 a.m. there was a blast of that transformer in the morning we try to contact the lineman of this area the name is Chandan ki is not answering the phone also we had informed about others about these things they are not taking any further action so here I am trying to register the conclusion and I would like to inform you that there was a bit transfer of a High voltage which is being replaced when there was issue with the transformer earlier and they have updated the small voltage transformer which is not even taking any kind of a load of the se receive I would request you to kindly take the take for the reaction and also please provide us the proper tricity in this area thank you very much

With due respect, since last two months we are getting electricity bill without reading in our absence. We have complained regarding this many time . We all lives in bareilly as father is posted there and submit our all electricity bill through online mode.

But during our absence we get electricity bill every month. Kindly help us and resolve this issue.

Gau Ghat power house daily cut light multiple times a day from past 1 month and sometime whole night no power is there. Appliances in home are destroyed and power cut is going on. There is lot of fluctuations going on and really fed up of this

I have registered my light bill account "[protected]" online, and received verification email to activate my account, but when i am clicking the link and login. i am getting message New Connection status is inactive. please contact us.

please advice how can we activate my online account.

Fumes are coming from meter some times.

The meter alloted to my property in tilaa gau shahjahapur Loni ghaziabad Up with the name of my father raghuvir singh and the meter number is 764931.
When i went to electricity board to inquire about the bill I found that the same meter number is alloted to someone named mahavir gujjar and his name is registered on the elctricity board and on the meter they have manuaaly written my father same on it.
We have been scammed by someone from electricity dept whose name is Vishnu and he took extra amount from my father for a new meter and now he is not respinding on calls and we are facing this issue from last 3 months, I'd like to lodge a conplaint against him and take strict action against them.

Cutting Power too much and not giving power on time

The bill amount which I've received is completely wrong, it must be around Rs.[protected] in between but I've received Rs.10000+ in total . Our house is empty only one electrical bulb is in work, then how can this amount be raised to this much for an year. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. Please take immediate action. I'm attaching the virtual bill below.
