    My electric connected was processed and completed in May 2020. However, i did noy receive my electricity Bill till date. I neither have received my customer accoint number because that i cant check my bill online as well.
    I am attachinh here the receipt of my paymrnt made by me at the time of connection.
    Request you to please send me the latest electricity Bill so i can claer all pending bill.

      electricity bill paid twice through different apps

      I have paid electricity bill of same month twice. First from Amazon Pay and second from PayTM. I Want refund of the total amount or adjust my money in next month electricity bill cycle.
      Following are the details of the account and order no. of bills.

      My Account no. at UPPCL is[protected]. I paid an electricity bill of Rs 3731/- on 10/10/2020 using BHIM UPI but due some technical issue transaction could not proceed and was showing pending. On 13/10/2020 I tried again the same payment of Rs 3731/- and this time payment got successful. But the previous pending payment also got successful on 21/10/2020 and paid to the UPPCL. Now the payment has been done twice to UPPCL. BHIM UPI & PNB bank have confirmed that payment has been credited to merchant account. I have checked with UPPCL Jhansi office and they could not traced my payment which was credited on 21/10/2020. I request you to please check with UPPCL and resolve my issue asap. There is no proper response received from them.
      Enclosed are the snapshot of SMS received from BHIM UPI and PNB bank for the same.

        My name is Pradeep kumar R/o S 671 Sanskriti Enclave Eldeco Udyaan II Rae Bareilly Road Lucknow, having electric meter acc no [protected]. In the month of NOV 2020 the department peoples visited my home for non payment of electricity bill. My family ha deliver the chq of Rs 23250/- which was due, the chq was not presented by the department. On 30.11.2020, 5-6 person of the department came to my place and they had changed my meter delebreletly and saying that someone in past had broken the seal of my meter due to my meter need to be changed and asking bribe of Rs 150000/- to settle the matter. Pls let me know for what penality they are asking for. Whether the department is having such rule or not. Pls reply on my mail id - [protected]@gmail.com. non reply will comple me to proceed against the department in the court of law.

          Dear Sir,
          I have been paying my electricity Bills as per the bill raised to me being no previous arrears remain unpaid, but last month I haven’t received any bill and this month i.e December, 2020 I have been given bill of INR 37657 being INR 33296.85 as previous arrear, however none of the previous bill contain this arrear amount, as I am the copy of each of our previous bill (Physical and E-copy) and none of the bill contains this arrear amount.
          Sir, I am doing my business at a very small scale and being a responsible citizen, I am paying my every bill as per the bill raised to me but this month, I am surprised to see my bill as it contains a huge arrear amount, sir, there is some issue while collecting physical reading of my meter.
          Sir, I pray to you kindly solve my meter issues asap and please issue me new bill as per my meter readings and my previous billing history, as the due date has already been expired.
          Sir, if you need any clarity from my end, I am reachable at [protected], [protected], [protected].
          I urge to kindly resolve my matter on urgent basis., I shall be highly obliged to you.

                Respected Sir/Ma'am,

                Request from Senior Citizen ( 70 +)

                Below is the detail what i had gone through with the officials..

                Sir today I visited to your office regarding my electricity bill dated 3 Dec 2020 as per this I have to pay rupees 687 in this bill arrears of rupees 1200 is also shown. In this connection I am to state that that is the same amount which was intimated by uppcl on 20 Nov 2020 as under
                Your bill of account id [protected] under surcharge Samadhan Yojna is revised for Rupees 1200 Please pay to benefit from scheme. I paid rupees 4033 as per your orders just before I received above message from uppcl on 20th Nov 2020. With the result I got a credit of 2832 on that date. Now as per uppcl site after adjusting my latest bill of rupees 687 my payable amount is minus 2153 bill no[protected] dated 3rd Dec 2020. But as per version your staff Mr ankur I am to pay rupees 687 at this stage. It is not understandable to me when I have paid in excess on 20 Nov 2020 and have a credit of rupees 2153 then why should I pay rupees 687.Please look into the matter and intimate whether I should be guided by bill sent from uppcl site or not As per uppcl site bill at this stage I am not required to pay any sum of amount.

                Sir, In july 2020 two bills were sent to me on line one for rs.344/-and second for rs. 6000/- for 900 addl. units .With the result my bill was inflated.It was mentioned in my applications dated 13/10/2020 and 11/11/2020 and request was made for correction.My that request was remained unattended and orders for payment of rs 4033/-were given on 20/11/2020 .I paid the same amount on the same day immediately.After some minutes I recd a message from Uppcl that my bill was revised for rs. 1200.48 only.Accordingly I recd a credit of rs 2832.52, on 20/11/2020.After adjusting rs 687/-of present bill my payable amount is (-)2153 as per uppcl .Thus bill for the monrh of December of rs 687 is correct and payable amount of (-)2153/- also seems correct. Is it not so Sir ? Which is available on Uppcl site.

                Kindly solve my issue. I am senior citizen and i am getting harassed by department.

                    I live in nai basti b -14 near bengali gym. I face some problem related to a electric pole front on my grandmother house and she live alone and that's pole will be pull down any moment on my grandmother's house. Please replace it before it harm my house and my grandmother and it will harmful to other people also.

                      निवेदन है कि मैं जिस मोहल्ले में रहता हूं उस मोहल्ले की तकरीबन मेरे बचपने से मैं देखता आरहा हूँ जितनी भी लाइन पड़ी है मोहल्ले में वो सब जज्जर हैं और गिनती के 8 खंभे है मोहल्ला काफी बड़ा हो गया है पहले से ज़्यादा पर आपके बिजली विभाग के लोग सिर्फ काटिये की जाँच करने आते है बस अभी तक ना तो किसी अधिकारी ने सोचा और न ही किसी लाइन मैंन ने आपके विभाग के लोग बस आते है और जिसका कटिया पड़ा होता है उसके खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करवा देते है जबकि मोहल्ले में लाइन की वजह से 10 10 दिन तक बिजली आपूर्ति ठप रहती है अगर किसी के घर मीटर वाले कनेक्शन से बिजली नही आयेगी तो वो कटिया ही डालेगा इसी विषय में हल ही में 8 लोगो के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ है और जिसके नाम दर्ज हुआ है वो कोई कारोबारी नही है बल्कि मज़दूर इंसान है
                      अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया करके मोहल्ला बड़ा बंगशपुरा फर्रुखाबाद उत्तर प्रदेश 209625 की जितनी भी बिजली सम्बंधित समस्या है उनको जल्द से जल्द ठीक कराने की कृपा करे और हाल ही में जो मुक़दमे दर्ज कराये गए है वो सब निरस्त करवाइये क्यों की जब बिजली की आपूर्ति दुरस्त होगी तो हमे कटिया डालने की आवश्यकता ही नही पड़ेगी

                        Hello, I made the electricity bill payment on 5th December. While making the payment, the amount was deducted but the payment stayed still and I did not receive any confirmation of payment. I waited for a few days assuming the failed transaction would be reversed but nothing like that happened. Then I wrote an email to this address: [protected]@outlook.com but haven't received any reply yet.I can't find any good medium to convey this problem to the company directly, hence now I am writing my complain here, in hope of help.

Ltd.) working at construction of Ayodhya Railway station. we have 40 kva temprary Connection at construction site for working but today our work being stoped due to power failure. we call many times at consern department but no one pick our call. you are requested please to do favour and rectify fault as soon as possible. This is an important work as PMO directly watch this project and we have lots of pressure to do work at time.

                            this is to inform you that breaked electric pole is in our field which may cause accident and an transformer is in our field which may cause fire in our crops and we are facing fire problem in our crops from last days and recently an fire accident take place.
                            we have done complaint and also informed JE Mr. radhayshawam yadav but there is no response yet.
                            if some miss happening is happened in our field than who will be responsible ?.. it's an humble request please look at the matter

                                  As we all know that during this pandemic, people are working from home mostly from their hometown.
                                  And the IT people who are natives of small cities like Prayagraj are facing challenges in getting their work done on weekdays due to power cut which occurs mostly during working hours 11-3 pm.

                                  Be it any reason like trees cutting over wires or any other reason, there is no prior intimation of power cut.

                                  We suffer as we are bound to work from our native place than metro cities where we do not face any power issues.
                                  Authorities should look into this issue as the working people suffer dur to power shutdown.

                                    मैं तिलहर डिवीज़न में मीटर रीडर के पद पर कार्यरत था एक दिन सुपरवाइजर द्वारा मेरे ऊपर टेबल बिलिंग करने का फ़ोन आया मैंने टेबल बिलिंग करने से साफ मना कर दिया जिससे सुपरवाइजर ने मुझे तथा मेरे भाई को काम से निकाल दिया और मेरी जगह पर खुद किसी लड़के के कागज लगाकर फ़र्ज़ी id से फ़र्ज़ी बिल बनाकर कंपनी को धोखा दे रहा है इस सूचना को गुप्त रखकर इस पर करवाही होनी चाहिए

                                      Electricity has been cut without notice, claiming that there is a Rs 7000/- cheque which has bounced. All payments have been cleared regularly (every month) via online payment. There is no outstanding amount payable in the online payment portal.

                                      We request that the power be reinstalled and if there is any due mount, we may please be intimated at the earliest.
