Dear Sir,
Since we have installed smart meter, consumption units shown in the meter has been more than doubled.
I am a retired army person and we are using very less unit of electricity but since last few months my meter amount is coming Rs.1300 to Rs.1500 per month.
Please look into this matter.

    bill amount arrived double

    I pay uppcl's bill each and every month worth ₹1870 but today on 08-oct-2020 bill arrived of double of amount which is ₹3740. That's why i have to know that "why my electricity bill arrived double of amount even after i pay my bill each and every month. Now refund my money or settle my rupees for the next month's bill....

    Sir, myself deepa negi acc. No. -[protected] have an issue that my new smart meter start running from 21august. Till now no bill has been generated and i have put a complain on 1912 so they said me that your meter is not updated...

      We are a resident of r45 a, advocate colony, sector 12, pratap vihar, ghaziabad. There is this electricity pole in front of our main gate which is rusted and broken and can fall anytime causing loss of life and money. I request u to please take this into consideration and repair it as soon as possible. We have submitted written complaint as well no action but has been taken.

      In our street no-8 Mazeedpura Hapur a pole of electricity is rusting (corroded) and in a very poor condition no one know at which time(when) it is break down, therefore this will risk to life of people, so i pleasely request to solve it as soon as possible. Aatif

            Since we have installed smart meter, consumption units shown in the meter has been more than doubled. We have already complaint many times but no actions has been taken to rectify the problem.
            Now we are asked to pay the incorrect pending bills otherwise they will disconnect the connection.
            We want department to replace our incorrect meter with a correct one and rectify the pending bills in a justifiable manner.

              I am a retired senoir citizen living alone and my electricity bill rarely exceeds rs 2000/-. However this month september 2020, i was shocked to see the bill amount as rs 54, 059. To make matters worse this amount got deducted from my account automatically as it was on auto debit mode. However, within 2 hours of sending this wrong bill uppcl sent the correct bill of rs 583 but by then this wrong bill amount had been debited already. On contacting the regional office in sector 23 noida, i was told that this amount cannot be refunded because once payment is made there is not way i can get my money back. But now i am really stuck as rs 54000 is a very big amount and i request uppcl to kindly look into this matter as for no fault of mine i am being penalised for uppcl mistake.

                        We would like to inform you that the my online electricity bill are coming more compare to take print from the electricity man by the electricity metar reading.
                        Also, please note that i have already pay the electricity bill by online method till date.
                        I had pay the bill date of[protected]/Rs and date[protected]/Rs. Which this is cleared till date.

                        I don't know that how can come variation in electricity bill in online & off line by the metar reading. Attached bill copy for your reference.

                        I need help from you. Please advise and solve this bill issues/accept the complain.

                            In my area i. E azad nagar near chandra nagar moradabad, so much frequent cut of power. On daily basis the fault occur. Electricity department i. E of loco shed they are not taking any action that's why there is so much fault and power cut. I always do a call on 1912 they try to contact with je of loco shed but he is also irresponsible person. Please do something so that we cannot face this frequent cut of electricity. So that our country our state, city will become a great. And please fired all the currupted employe who takes bribes.

                                Dear team,

                                We have a concern related to the electricity bill, we use very optimum resource for the household purpose but still every month we paid the high electricity bill. If we compare our monthly bill with our neighbours the difference is very high with the same electricity consumption. For example - if our neighbour pays 1200/- for a month and we have to pay more then 2000/- for almost same electricity consumption. We request you please check my electricity meter and help us. Awaiting for your valuable response.
