We have a concern related to the electricity bill, we use very optimum resource for the household purpose but still every month we paid the high electricity bill. If we compare our monthly bill with our neighbours the difference is very high with the same electricity consumption. For example - if our neighbour pays 1200/- for a month and we have to pay more then 2000/- for almost same electricity consumption. We...

In a city like ghaziabad, power cut in the area behrmapur, budh vihar of ghaziabad, power cuts for more than 15 times a day which is unacceptable. Fix this issue immediately...

There is heavy power cut everyday in district lucknow area rajajipiram new haiderganj. I means i can't believe that i m living in capital o[censored]ttar pradesh. I want to say that my name is rohit gupta. I had purchase chetan vihar phase 1 vrindavan mathura house in february. My electricity meter number -[protected] today uppcl staff cut my light without any notice my bill generate 20 august 2020and due date of my bill 25 august 2020. For over years my bill that I got was for about 150-200units consumed per month and costing me about an avg of 500-1000rs per month. But today I received my bill, it was about 2200units used in 20days, it was shocking and kinda impossible since I wasn't at home for a week, and 2200unit is something if I turn on every electrical appliance at my home for 24hrs for 20days, then also it won't cost me 2200 units. I submitted my bill today of Rs. 898. But I have not received any update. The bill is paid in the name of Mrs Neelam Singh. The amount has been deducted from my account and I have received the recipt of the payment .My RECIPT NO. IS SEP[protected] . But still when I login into my account it's displaying the notification of outstanding bill....

I paid my last month bill from Google pay I paid all my bills but again it is not showing current bill. If your software is not working properly then close it. Why you give permission to Google pay if you haven't accept from there. Please solve my problem I complaint yesterday also but no action taken. Please I request you to solve this....

I am from junawai, tehsil gunnaur, district sambhal. From a long time electricity supply is not proper. Almost no electric supply in the day time, in this summer season. Due to this we are facing lot of issues.
