I have already complaints for wrong bill generate to dalpatpur esdo name sanjeev ravi. But still my bill not revise i visit multiple time in esdo office but listen and says thats please wait 2, 3 days your bill will be revise 2, 3 days but still not revise my bill.

Kindly help to as soon as possible my bill revise and correct bill send me.

Sir, as i received a bill for the month of june 20, i was shocked to my see meter reading as it was 8590 KWH but when i see my meter the reading is 8449 KWH
for this i register a compliant to customer care via complaint no PV[protected], but my resolving my complain i received a message from customer care that (issue has been resolved) how is that possible.

I am a consumer from Lucknow. I had been paying my electricity bill on line. Unfortunately I put my password wrongly so my account has been locked. I have been requesting many times to unlock my account at[protected] and repeatedly I was assured that the needful will be done. But nothing has been done. They are sending new passwords but putting that password the account does not open. I am an old man and can not run here and there so writing to you for help. I am. Living in h block jal vayu vihar sector 25 noida and in this block there is no electricity for at least 8 hours everyday. It is understood that there is a transformer problem. If this is so why is the transformer not being changed? In today's scenario such long hours power cuts are unacceptable. Yogi ji talks of contributing 2 trillion towards the 5 trillion economy dreamed by our pm when you cannot even provide 24 hours electricity.

I had been paying my electricity bill on line. Unfortunately while opening my account i put wrong pass word. As a consequence my account has been locked. I have complained about this problem more than a dozen time by telephone no.[protected] and 1912. At times the provided a new password but that also did not work and the account is still locked.

For the past 1 month the electricity has been worsened. On one hand the government is claiming for 16 hours electricity in village but the reality lies within 4-5 hours max with an outstanding avg voltage of 120-150. Are you guys still alive? I don't think so!!!

Hello sir,

We have phase very major problem. That electric pole which w have upload on images that pole totally break down and going down on houses. We are not safe now. That pole fall any time. So please its very humble request to electric city board member please save our problem as soon as possible.

There is frequent power cut in my area, that is longing from 8-12 hours straight, almost daily. And if we try to ask the electricity dept, they either switch off their phone or talk very badly in abusive language. When govt. Is providing enough money for electricity and what's the matter daily.
Hope you'll see this issue soon.

Again writing this email by the name of pinki nautiyal from indirapuram ghaziabad. I had talk with mr. Gautam from abhaykhand zone. According to him bill is correct as per our meter but it is not. I asked him to send person to check meter reading and he said the fee is rs 600 to check which i agreed to pay though it is too much. But he denied to send and asked me to come and pay there which is not possible for me as i have a small kid and my mother is diabetic to whom i can't leave.

Also this is their responsibility to send if there is problem. And finally they said your query is resolved without taking any action.

This bill is too high and meter is running very high as we are not consuming that much. If it is continued we would end up with paying such high bills with the ignorance of the department.

Sir my earnest request to you to kindly deal with this matter so that we common people should not be sufferer.

Dear sir, as i am not using electricity in my home from last 2 months.. Because i am out of station. But i had received 4500 rs. Bill.. How can it be possible?

महोदय मेरा ग्राम भोलासिंह की मिल्क जिला मुरादाबाद में एक हिंदू वाहिनी का कार्यालय है जिसमें मैं सिर्फ एक पंखा और दो एलईडी बल्ब इस्तेमाल करता हूं जिसका एक माह का चार्ज मेरा 700 से ₹800 आ रहा है इसमें मुझे आपत्ति है 700 800 आने के बाद भी मैं हर महा उस बिजली के बिल को जमा करता हूं फिर भी उस में कुछ चार्जेस ऐसे लग कर आते हैं जो कि अवैध है कृपया सहायता कीजिए

Transformer replace and transformer kilowatt expended. I have to inform to you this transformer is burned is burned in mavi kalan for extended a load of transformer.

I am Pinki Nautiyal resident of Indirapuram Ghaziabad. I have been receiving very high bills since lockdown. My first bill was of rs 4500 of May. And now June bill is RS 3500 which I have attached. It may be meter problem or from department side.

Please consider this as top urgent as I am not able to pay these high bills. And that is when not using that much.

I am really worried about this problem....

Greetings,
This is to inform that we are not getting electricity here at my village since last 12 hours. We arw hardly getting 12 hours electricity and there's power cut many times a day.
Some of our villagers called to inform our power sub-division but still the issue had not heard.
Request you to please look into this.
